教學(xué)目標(biāo):1.能聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、認(rèn)讀horses, sheep, hens及cows四個(gè)單詞;2.能熟練掌握句型Are these…? Yes, they are. No, they aren’t.;3.能保護(hù)動(dòng)物,不亂投喂動(dòng)物。
教學(xué)重點(diǎn):四種動(dòng)物單詞的單數(shù)及復(fù)數(shù)形式。
教學(xué)難點(diǎn):運(yùn)用句型Are these…? Yes, they are. No, they aren’t.來(lái)詢問(wèn)和回答是否是某種動(dòng)物。

教學(xué)過(guò)程:
1.課前導(dǎo)入
T: Before our new lesson, let’s listen to an English song-Old MacDonald had a farm.. When you listen to the song and watch the cartoon, think a question: What animals can you see? 觀看視頻S1: I can see chickens. S2: I can see ducks. S3: I can see dogs. S4: I can see pigs. S5: I can see cows. T: These animals are all at Old MacDonald’s farm. Today we’ll continue to learn some animals at the farm.. We study Unit4 At the farm B Let’s learn. (Write the titles on the blackboard)
2.教學(xué)單詞horses, sheep, hens以及cows。
Show a picture, and ask students to guess what animal it is. Students may guess cow, rooster, or horse. If any one guesses right, teacher will say: Yes, it’s a horse.呈現(xiàn)以前學(xué)過(guò)的fork一詞,讓學(xué)生根據(jù)fork的發(fā)音說(shuō)說(shuō)or組合的發(fā)音,將horse這個(gè)單詞拆分,教授各個(gè)字母或字母組合的發(fā)音/h/, /?:/,/s/,讓學(xué)生自己嘗試拼讀。當(dāng)學(xué)生拼讀對(duì)了,及時(shí)鼓勵(lì)給予表?yè)P(yáng),再叫一到兩組同學(xué)站起來(lái)讀。分別出示一匹馬,兩匹馬,三匹馬,四匹馬,出示馬的同時(shí),出示短語(yǔ)one horse, two horses, three horses, four horses。讓學(xué)生觀察這幾個(gè)短語(yǔ)中horse的相同和不同。生:后面三個(gè)短語(yǔ)中的horse都加了個(gè)s。師:Why?生:一匹馬是單數(shù),兩匹或兩匹以上是復(fù)數(shù),所以要用復(fù)數(shù)形式。及時(shí)肯定學(xué)生的回答,并將關(guān)鍵詞復(fù)數(shù)再簡(jiǎn)單重復(fù)講解一下,讓學(xué)生伸出手指,跟老師一起拼寫(xiě)這個(gè)單詞的單數(shù)及復(fù)數(shù)形式,同時(shí)教師將單詞寫(xiě)在黑板上。
用同樣的方法教授sheep。但是在教授復(fù)數(shù)形式時(shí)要強(qiáng)調(diào)sheep的單數(shù)復(fù)數(shù)都一樣,沒(méi)有變化。師:為什么兩只羊三只羊中的sheep結(jié)尾沒(méi)有加s?學(xué)生可能會(huì)猜測(cè)老師忘記加s了。此時(shí)教授一定要強(qiáng)調(diào)sheep的單數(shù)復(fù)數(shù)都一樣。最后問(wèn)學(xué)生: What colour are they? S: They are white. T: Are they tall or short? They are short. T: Do they have long tails or short tails? S: They have short tails. And students can use their words to describe sheep.
T: I have another kind of animal. Some of them are fat. They are short. They have four legs. Some students may guess hens, rabbits or cats. Ask students to read the word according to the pronunciation of pen. T: Let’s count. One hen, two hens. Choose a group students to read.學(xué)生書(shū)空,教師板書(shū)。
用同樣談話的方式引出cow,并教授cow的復(fù)數(shù)形式cows。T: Hens lay eggs. How about milk? Where does milk come from? S: Cows. T: Yes, “c” pronounces /k/,“ow” pronounce /a?/. Ask a group of students to read. T: Let’s count. One cow, two cows, three cows. Write the words on the blackboard.
3.讀詞訓(xùn)練:將四個(gè)單詞的單復(fù)數(shù)形式都教授完之后,再領(lǐng)學(xué)生讀幾遍,并提供各種機(jī)會(huì)讓學(xué)生讀,比如師生讀,分組讀,男女生分開(kāi)讀。
4.課外延伸:當(dāng)學(xué)生能把單詞和漢意對(duì)上,并且能熟讀之后,教授跟這些單詞相關(guān)的習(xí)語(yǔ):black sheep, eat like a horse。
5.學(xué)以致用,小組合作:(1)給學(xué)生兩分鐘的時(shí)間簡(jiǎn)單畫(huà)一下他們心中的農(nóng)場(chǎng),根據(jù)所畫(huà)的農(nóng)場(chǎng)動(dòng)物編造一段以Are these…? Yes, they are. No, they aren’t.為主要句型的對(duì)話,然后找?guī)捉M同學(xué)展示;(2)小組調(diào)查:用What do you like? 來(lái)詢問(wèn)小組成員喜歡的動(dòng)物,其他成員用I like…進(jìn)行回答,將小組成員的名字及喜歡的動(dòng)物填到表格中,然后展示匯報(bào)。
6.情感教育:在課的最后進(jìn)行情感教育,呼吁學(xué)生保護(hù)動(dòng)物,不要亂投喂動(dòng)物。
