摘要 以佳西娜櫻桃番茄為接穗,以隴薯6號馬鈴薯為砧木,通過劈接法嫁接,采用日光溫室栽培研究了嫁接后對番茄、馬鈴薯品質的影響。結果表明,番茄與馬鈴薯嫁接可顯著提高番茄紅素含量,較自根番茄對照提高23.2%;可溶性糖含量較自根番茄對照提高17.1%;糖酸比相應提高;番茄礦物質鉀含量提高,較自根番茄對照相比提高64.6%,而對VC含量無明顯影響。嫁接后降低了馬鈴薯薯塊品質,與對照相比,淀粉含量由14.9%降為9.84%,VC含量由13.3 mg/100 g降為10.5 mg/100 g,降低21.1%,對粗蛋白含量無明顯影響。

Abstract Taking Jiaxina cherry tomatoes as the scion,Longshu 6 as stock,effects of grafting between tomato and potato on quality of tomato and potato were studied.The results were as follows:it could significantly increase the lycopene content in tomatoes potatoes grafting,increased by 23.2% than control;soluble sugar content increased by 17.1% than control. Sugar acid ratio increased relatively;tomato mineral potassium content,increased by 64.6% than control,and had no obvious effect on Vc content.The quality of the potato,reduced after grafting,compared with control,the starch content reduced to 9.84% from 14.9%,VC content decreased from to 10.5 mg/100 g from 13.3 mg/100 g,reduced by 21.1%,and the crude protein content had no obvious change.

番茄,別名西紅柿,為茄科草本植物,是全世界栽培最為普遍的果菜之一,中國各地普遍種植,栽培面積仍在繼續擴大。果實營養豐富,具有特殊風味,可以生食、煮食、加工制成番茄醬、汁或整果罐藏。
馬鈴薯(Solanum tuberosum),茄科茄屬,一年生草本植物,別稱地蛋、洋芋、土豆等。中國馬鈴薯的主產區是西南、西北、內蒙古和東北地區。得天獨厚的地理環境和自然條件使定西成為中國乃至世界馬鈴薯最佳適種區之一。定西已成為全國馬鈴薯三大主產區之一和全國最大的脫毒種薯繁育基地、全國重要的商品薯生產基地和薯制品加工基地。本試驗以馬鈴薯為砧木,以番茄為接穗,研究其對番茄和馬鈴薯品質指標的影響,以期為馬鈴薯番茄嫁接提供理論參考。
1 材料與方法
1.1 試驗概況
試驗于2015年12月至2016年7月在武山縣蔬菜科技園區2號日光溫室進行。……
