糯玉米新品種廣紫糯6號的選育經過及栽培與制種高產栽培技術

摘要 廣紫糯6號是以母本FYZ1122、父本ZPN1711雜交育成的紫色糯玉米品種。該品種2011—2012年春、秋季參加多點品比試驗，表現優質、抗逆性強、適應性廣等優點，并于2013年、2014年參加廣東省區域試驗和生產試驗。結果表明，廣紫糯6號產量與品質性狀均與對照粵彩糯2號相當，適宜在廣東地區推廣種植。系統介紹了廣紫糯6號的選育過程、特征特性、高產栽培技術及制種技術，以期為促進玉米產業的健康發展提供良好的種子質量保證。

Abstract Guangzinuo No.6 is a new waxy corn variety bred by FYZ1122（female）and ZPN1711（male）. The variety participated comparing test at different region from 2011 to 2012，and showed advantages such as high quality，strong resistance and broad adaptability. The variety participated regional test and production test of Guangdong Province from 2013 to 2014，and showed that its quality and yield traits were comparable to the control Yuecainuo2.This paper introduced breeding process，characteristic，high-yield cultivation and seed production technology of Guangzinuo No.6，in order to ensure good quality seed supply and promote the healthy development of corn industry.

糯玉米是玉米屬的一個亞種，糯玉米的糯性是由wx基因控制的隱性純合體，wx基因位于第9染色體上，胚乳中100%淀粉全為支鏈淀粉，因而表現為糯性。廣東省在生產上大面積種植的糯玉米以白色籽粒的品種為主，其次為紫色和彩色品種[1]。糯玉米也稱為黏玉米或臘質玉米；糯玉米皮薄、香甜宜人并且富含人體所需的多種維生素、氨基酸和活性膳食纖維。

近年來，糯玉米的發展勢頭較為強勁，消費呈現多層次、多元化和多樣性變化趨勢；一方面，體現在喜歡食用的人越來越多；另一方面，糯玉米深加工技術不斷提高，加工產品種類越來越多，將成為更大的的需求增長點。從日常食用習慣來說，南方鮮食為主，北方加工為主導，糯玉米是北方人的“飯后點心”。為滿足市場和消費者多樣化需求，鮮食糯玉米育種要求選育多樣化的品種色澤、外觀、籽粒大小與形狀等。……
