摘要 隨著膜組件使用年限的增加,膜逐漸出現老化,微生物污染也成為NF/RO系統運行過程中出現較頻繁的問題之一,嚴重影響著膜系統的產水性能和使用壽命。選取長沙生活垃圾滲濾液處理廠反滲透/納濾處理系統為分析對象,開展在線投加專用TJ Steri 600型非氧化性殺菌劑試驗。結果表明,膜系統運行開始時在線連續添加TJ Steri 600型殺菌劑,能有效控制膜運行壓力的上升并防止膜產水通量下降,同時可有效抑制微生物增長,且對電導率無顯著影響;NF/RO膜運行壓力較高的膜系統添加TJ Steri 600型殺菌劑后,膜運行壓力穩定,上漲趨勢不明顯,大大減少膜元件化學清洗次數。

Abstract With increase of service life of membrane module,the membrane appears aging,and microbial contamination has become one of the problems frequently appear in the NF/RO system running process,which seriously affects the water performance and service life of the membrane system. The NF/RO treatment system of the life landfill leachate treatment plant in Changsha was selected as the analysis object,and the experiment of online application of TJ Steri 600 non-oxidizing fungicide was conducted. The results showed that when online continuous adding TJ Steri 600 non-oxidizing fungicide at the start of membrane system operation,it could effectively control the operation of membrane pressure rise and prevent membrane water production rate decline. At the same time,it could effectively inhibit the growth of microorganism,and without significant effect on the conductivity. After adding TJ Steri 600 fungicide to the membrane system with high pressure of NF/RO membrane,the membrane operation pressure was stable,the rise trend was not obvious,and the frequency of chemical cleaning of membrane components was greatly reduced.

近年來,隨著水處理技術的發展以及處理外排水國家標準的提升,“水質均衡+外置式MBR+納濾/反滲透系統+達標排放”已成為國內大型垃圾填埋場有關垃圾滲濾液處理的主流工藝。該工藝運行穩定,其中膜深度處理系統是確保水質總氮達標的關鍵處理流程。
垃圾滲濾液成分復雜,且因季節更替、降雨量大小、填埋垃圾類型變化等諸多外界因素造成膜系統的進水水質指標存在較大的波動和不確定性,膜污染成為NF/RO系統正常運行過程中極為常見的問題,直接影響膜系統的產水通量和使用壽命,其中生物污染是膜系統操作中最常見和最嚴重的污染之一[1]。……
