摘要 以菌糠為生物發(fā)酵床墊料在牛場進行養(yǎng)殖,通過生物發(fā)酵床養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)的對比分析,得到了生物發(fā)酵床養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)對養(yǎng)殖場污染物的去除效果。試驗表明,菌糠墊料對牛糞尿的吸附轉(zhuǎn)化率超過200%,養(yǎng)牛小區(qū)加墊料后與傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)殖方式相比,氨氮削減47%~68%,硫化氫和二氧化硫削減20%~38%,說明添加生物發(fā)酵床墊料對養(yǎng)殖場污染物去除效果明顯,經(jīng)過生物發(fā)酵床發(fā)酵后的墊料生產(chǎn)的有機肥達到有機肥料(NY 525—2012)各項指標要求。

Abstract The germ bran padding material was applied for culture in cattle farm.To analysis the biological fermentation bed culture and the traditional culture method,the removal efficiency of the intensive livestock waste was obtained in using biological fermentation bed culture technology. The results indicated that,compared with traditional farming methods,the adsorption & conversion rate of manure pad for cow fecal & urine was over 200%,the ammonia nitrogen was reduced by 47%~68%,hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide was reduced by 20%~38%. The effect of adding biological fermentation padding material on the pollutant removal of the cattle farm was obvious. The organic fertilizer after fermentation of biological fermentation bed meet the requirements of organic fertilizers standard(NY 525-2012).

近年來,我國畜禽養(yǎng)殖數(shù)量逐年增長,規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖比例逐年加大,由于污染治理設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后或不匹配,畜禽規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖已成為我國農(nóng)村地區(qū)環(huán)境污染的重要來源之一[1]。生物發(fā)酵床養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)是一種新型養(yǎng)殖技術(shù),可有效解決畜禽污染問題,但目前墊料材料多選擇鋸木屑、稻殼等,成本較高且取用困難。同時,隨著食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,廢棄菌糠的污染也逐漸顯現(xiàn)。利用菌糠作生物發(fā)酵床墊料,可解決墊料緊張、成本高和養(yǎng)殖污染等問題[2]。為驗證生物發(fā)酵床養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)對養(yǎng)殖場污染物去除效果,本試驗以菌糠為生物發(fā)酵床墊料[3]開展了奶牛養(yǎng)殖研究,并對生物發(fā)酵床墊料吸附牛糞尿能力及養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)對養(yǎng)殖場污染物去除效果進行了對比分析,探索菌糠在生物發(fā)酵床養(yǎng)殖中的環(huán)境效益和應(yīng)用前景。……
