摘要 當(dāng)前,生物質(zhì)能源的開發(fā)利用研究逐漸成為熱點。甘蔗葉作為我國南方地區(qū)豐富的可利用生物質(zhì)能源,有著廣泛的用途和利用價值。近來年農(nóng)業(yè)部中國熱帶農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院農(nóng)業(yè)機械研究所首次以風(fēng)干的甘蔗葉為主要原料,加入干的豬糞便,通過干法連續(xù)厭氧發(fā)酵技術(shù),開展了相關(guān)甘蔗葉氣肥聯(lián)產(chǎn)試驗研究,取得了很好的研究進展。本文依據(jù)相關(guān)研究進展,對其厭氧發(fā)酵技術(shù)的經(jīng)濟前景進行簡單的分析探討。

Abstract At present,the development and utilization of biomass energy has gradually become a research hotspot.Sugarcane leaves,which are abundant and available biomass energy in southern China,exhibit wide applications and useful values.Recently,the studies of biogas-fertilizer coproduction from dry continuous anaerobic digestion of dried sugarcane leaves by adding dried pig manure were first conducted with great progress being made in the Institute of Agricultural Machinery of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences under Ministry of Agriculture of China. Based on the related research progress,a simple analysis of the economic adaptability of anaerobic digestion technology of sugarcane leaves were conducted in this paper.

甘蔗葉是指甘蔗采收后遺棄在田間的甘蔗葉片和甘蔗梢。我國甘蔗年種植面積為160萬hm2左右,產(chǎn)區(qū)從南方11個省區(qū)逐步向桂中南、滇西南、粵西—瓊北等3個優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)帶集中,集中度為95%左右,年生產(chǎn)甘蔗葉總量2 500萬t以上[1]。由于甘蔗葉總量巨大,以甘蔗葉為原料,利用干法厭氧發(fā)酵技術(shù)制備沼氣,并通過沼氣提純、發(fā)電等,將為甘蔗葉開展大規(guī)模有效利用和替代傳統(tǒng)能源產(chǎn)業(yè)等提供廣闊的發(fā)展前景。
1 甘蔗葉干法連續(xù)厭氧發(fā)酵氣肥聯(lián)產(chǎn)研究進展
厭氧發(fā)酵是區(qū)別于好氧發(fā)酵的一種發(fā)酵方法,其主要特征是發(fā)酵過程不需要空氣參與,僅在密閉條件下進行。近年來,農(nóng)業(yè)部中國熱帶農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院農(nóng)業(yè)機械研究所以風(fēng)干的甘蔗葉為主要原料,同時加入干的豬糞便,通過干法連續(xù)厭氧發(fā)酵技術(shù)進行氣肥聯(lián)產(chǎn)試驗研究,取得了很好的研究進展?!?br>
