摘 要:Smith預估控制系統能解決工業濕法脫硫控制系統參數復雜多變、滯后嚴重、無法實時跟蹤控制等問題,但對數學精度要求高,且實時負荷波動頻率較高時,對系統控制性能會產生很大影響。針對該問題,設計自適應Smith實時跟蹤控制系統,不僅能解決滯后問題,還能實現系統實時跟蹤、誤差快速穩定。對自適應Smith實時跟蹤控制系統進行仿真實驗,并與Smith預估控制系統進行對比,結果表明,自適應Smith實時跟蹤控制系統能實時跟蹤負荷變化,及時調節系統誤差,抗干擾性和魯棒性更優,具有較強應用價值。

英文摘要Abstract:Smith predictive control system is helpful in solving problems of the industrial wet desulfurization control system including complex and varied parameters,serious hysteresis and failuire of reaql-time tracking control,etc.However it has high demand of mathematical accuracy,which has a great impact on the control performance when the load fluctuation frequency is high.Aiming at this problem,an adaptive Smith real-time tracking control system is proposed.The system can solve the problem of hysteresis while realizes the system′s real-time tracking,so that the error can quickly become stable.The adaptive Smith real-time tracking control system is simulated and compared with the Smith predictive control system.The results show that the adaptive Smith real-time tracking control system can track the load changes in real time and adjust the system error in time compared with the Smith predictive control system.It is of better noise immunity and robustness and has strong application value.

0 引言
近年來我國霧霾、酸雨等現象出現得越來越頻繁[1],不僅破壞自然環境,還引發各種疾病。有關資料顯示,酸雨的形成主要源于SO2排放,而SO2大部分來自燃煤火電廠煙氣排放。為改善生態環境,我國環境部門出臺了大量法律法規,控制SO2排放勢在必行。
目前,國內外普遍采用石灰石—石膏脫硫技術降低SO2排放,該技術成熟、穩定可靠、脫硫原料來源廣、產物可以二次利用,目前工藝占比已超過90%。隨著SO2排放標準的不斷提高,需要火電廠進一步提高脫硫效率。然而,目前脫硫設備體積很大,脫硫反應復雜多變,脫硫效率受眾多因素影響,因此整個煙氣脫硫很難得到精準控制。
