摘要:可見光通信中LED模組結溫影響其光、色、電特性及工作壽命,對模組結溫的測量及管理十分重要。因LED模組管腳存在無法接觸測量的缺點,LED結溫非接觸式測量方法廣受關注。在研究雙光譜參數測量LED結溫的基礎上,開發了VC-LED模組結溫的非接觸式測量系統。該系統主要由恒流源控制、光譜數據采集和數據分析處理3個模塊組成。經實驗驗證,雙光譜參數法與中心波長法相比,兩者結果偏差在3℃以內。采用該系統測量LED模組結溫,不但直觀、準確,且不需要接觸LED管腳,實現了LED模組結溫的非接觸測量。

英文摘要Abstract:In visible light communication, the junction temperature of LED module affects its color and electrical characteristics and lifetime, which is very important for measuring and managing the junction temperature of modules.Because of the failure to contact the LED module pins, the non-contact measurement method has attracted people′s attention. Based on the non-contact LED Array junction temperature testing method,a non-contact detection system for VLC-LED module junction temperature is developed. The system consists of three modules,i.e., control of current source, spectral data acquisition and data analysis and processing. Experimental results show that the deviation between the two spectral parameters method and the central wavelength method is less than 3 degrees. Therefore, using this system to measure the junction temperature of LED module is not only intuitive and accurate, but also does not need to contact the LED pin, thus achieving the non-contact measurement of the junction temperature of the LED module.

0 引言
可見光通信(VLC)技術由于其較強的抗干擾性、環保、低耗能等優點,成為目前通信領域的研究熱點[1-3]。LED模組是可見光通信的主要器件。PN結溫度是影響LED光色電特性及工作壽命的重要因素[4-7],不能對VLC-LED模組結溫準確測量及有效管理已成為阻礙其發展的最大問題。目前,LED結溫測量的國際標準方法是正向電壓法[8],但在測量時往往受到燈具外殼及產品封裝等限制,一般難以接觸LED管腳,不能實現LED引腳兩端電壓的測量[9],同時其測量條件是在小電流狀態下進行,無法及時掌握現場運行的LED燈具結溫,這些問題嚴重限制了正向電壓法的應用。因此,非接觸式LED結溫測量方法受到研究者關注。在LED陣列結溫研究方面,2004年Hong[10]提出峰值波長法表征AlGaInP基LED陣列結溫,但陣列峰值往往較為平坦且不止一個,測量困難;……
