浙大版《新編大學英語綜合教程3》第4單元“Career Planning”,主要分析如何對未來職業進行合理規劃。文本內容較為抽象,教師在講解前可增加趣味性內容,讓學生翻譯幽默短對話、列出感興趣的職業并排序、分組討論影響職業滿意度的因素等,以達到良好的師生互動、生生互動的教學效果。
求職方(Q):是的。
M:她在本市嗎?
Q:不,她在別的城市。
M:很抱歉,我們不能聘用你。
Q:為什么?
M:你不會在此安心工作的。而且,本公司也不希望因為你而使長途電話費大幅度增加。[1]
Interviewer: Do you have a girlfriend ?
Applicant:Yes.
I:Is she in this city ?
A:No,she is in another city.
I:We’re greatly sorry that we will not employ you.
A:Why not ?
