大學英語趣味課堂教學設計
——以“Career Planning”單元為例

浙大版《新編大學英語綜合教程3》第4單元“Career Planning”，主要分析如何對未來職業進行合理規劃。文本內容較為抽象，教師在講解前可增加趣味性內容，讓學生翻譯幽默短對話、列出感興趣的職業并排序、分組討論影響職業滿意度的因素等，以達到良好的師生互動、生生互動的教學效果。

一、翻譯幽默求職短對話

(一)面試方(M)：你談女朋友了嗎？

求職方(Q)：是的。

M：她在本市嗎？

Q：不，她在別的城市。

M：很抱歉，我們不能聘用你。

Q：為什么？

M：你不會在此安心工作的。而且，本公司也不希望因為你而使長途電話費大幅度增加。[1]

Interviewer： Do you have a girlfriend ?

Applicant：Yes.

I：Is she in this city ?

A：No，she is in another city.

I：We’re greatly sorry that we will not employ you.

A：Why not ?

I：You would not be setting your mind on your work.What’s more，we do not want to see our telephone bill increase enormously because of you.

(二)M：你談男朋友了嗎?

Q：沒有。

M：你工作后準備談男朋友嗎？

Q：我首先要專心致志地工作，目前不考慮個人婚姻問題。

M：非常抱歉，本公司不能錄用你。

Q：為什么？

M：你公關能力欠佳，況且缺乏自信。[1]

I：Do you have a boyfriend?

A：No.

I：Do you want to date boys after you have got a job ?

A：First I will concentrate my mind on work.Now I will not consider my marriage.

I：We’re very sorry that we will not hire you.

A：Why not ?

I：You lack the ability of dealing with interpersonal relationships.In addition，you lack confidence in yourself.

二、按首字母列出感興趣的職業并排序

6.short working hours-not more than 35 hours a week
