摘要 實驗教學場作為培養畜牧獸醫人才的重要載體,要求其管理者具有與時俱進、改革創新的能力。本文以貴州大學實驗教學豬場為例,針對如何提高人才培養質量提出相關建議,以期提高畜牧獸醫類課程教學質量,培養高素質畜牧獸醫人才。

Abstract Experimental teaching pig farms as the important carrier of training animal husbandry and veterinary talents,demands that the managers have abilities to keep pace with the times and innovation.In this paper,taking the experimental teaching pig farm of Guizhou University as an example,relevant suggestions were put forward on how to improve the tanlents training quality,so as to improve the teaching quality of animal husbandry and veterinary and cultivate high-quality animal husbandry and veterinary tanlents.

貴州大學實驗教學豬場作為畜牧獸醫類學生的重要實習實驗基地,在學生的培養環節中占據著舉足輕重的地位,實驗教學養豬場的建立能夠將學生課堂所學知識及時應用于實踐生產當中,加深對課堂理論知識的理解[1]。在多年的教學中,發現有較多學生通過在養豬場的實驗實習,極大地激發了學生對養殖事業的興趣和信心,為培養出高質量的畜牧獸醫人才奠定了基礎。然而,隨著招生人數的增加,實驗教學豬場承擔了更多的教學任務,逐步凸顯了當前存在的一些矛盾。為此,筆者以多年的豬場實驗教學及管理經驗為基礎,從實驗教學的角度對貴州大學動物科學學院的實驗教學豬場的實驗教學內容提出以下建議,以期對畜牧獸醫學生的培養起到拋磚引玉的作用。
1 激發學生學習興趣,創新教學模式
偉大的物理學家阿爾伯特·愛因斯坦曾經說過:“興趣是最好的老師”[2]。如何激發學生的學習興趣已成了學習需求的原動力,包括教師的正確引導及學生對所學專業前景認識等方面要素。……
