臨床醫學專業實習生對實習醫院滿意度調查分析

摘要：目的 通過對某醫院臨床醫學專業實習生進行問卷調查，了解實習生對醫院實習情況滿意度，找出存在問題，為實習醫院教學管理提供建議。方法 采用簡單隨機抽樣的方法，抽取150名臨床醫學專業實習生進行問卷調查，數據主要進行描述性分析。結果 問卷信效度為0.86和0.84；男生54人（36.00%）女生96人（64.00%）；五年制64人（41.00%），三年制86人（59.00%）；實習生家庭所在地主要來自鄉鎮89人（59.00%）；總體實習滿意度為（2.7±0.4），各維度總體滿意均值分別為2.91、2.74和2.36。結論 實習生對醫院臨床教學滿意度調查問卷有很好信度和效度；實習生對實習醫院各方面滿意度都傾向于不滿意，實習醫院應該提高教學服務質量，加強師資力量的建設。

Abstract：Objective Through a questionnaire survey of clinical medical interns in a hospital，understand the intern satisfaction of the hospital，find out the existing problems and provide suggestions for the practice of teaching management in hospital.Methods Using simple random sampling method， selected 150 clinical medical interns questionnaire，data were analyzed by descriptive analysis.Results The reliability and validity of the questionnaire was 0.86 and 0.84；54 boys （36.00%）and 96 girls （64.00%）；five year 64 people （41.00%），for three years 86 people（59.00%）；intern family location mainly from the township of 89 people（59.00%）；the overall satisfaction for internship（2.7±0.4），the dimensions of the overall satisfaction mean respectively 2.91，2.74 and 2.36.Conclusion Interns have good reliability and validity for clinical teaching satisfaction questionnaire；interns are dissatisfied with all aspects of satisfaction in practice hospitals；practice hospitals should improve the quality of teaching services and strengthen the construction of teaching staff.

臨床實習是醫學教育的一部分，在醫學教育中起著不可替代的作用，其不僅是理論與實踐的結合，同時也是實習生思維能力培養的體現[1]，臨床實習有“教”與“學”兩個互動環節，實習質量的提高需要加強教師的教學與管理能力，也需要實習生的積極參與[2]，因此本研究以某醫學院非直屬附屬醫院實習的臨床醫學專業為研究對象，調查臨床實習生對醫院實習情況滿意度，找出存在問題，為該醫院實習生教學管理提供建議。

1 資料與方法

1.1一般資料

2016年在某醫院實習的臨床醫學專業學生，采用簡單隨機抽樣，抽取150名實習生，現場發放問卷，匿名填寫，當場回收問卷，回收150份，有效問卷150份，有效率100%。……
