基于多元化社會的區縣級公立醫院文化建設研究

摘要：醫院文化包括醫院物質文化、制度文化和精神文化等3方面內容。本文的區縣級公立醫院文化建設亦是從這三個角度出發，重點關注處于倫理本位和核心家庭本位之間的鄉村文化，建立“熟人社會”、“半熟人社會”和“陌生人社會”的多元化社會背景下的區縣級公立醫院文化，以此提高區縣級公立醫院職工滿意度，推動醫院發展，促進醫患關系和諧。

Abstract：Hospital culture includes 3 aspects of hospital material culture，system culture and spiritual culture.The construction of public hospitals in district and county level in this article also focuses on the culture of the village between ethical standards and core family-based standards.The establishment of"acquaintance society"，"semi-acquaintance society"and"stranger society"in the context of a diversified community of district-level public hospital culture，in order to improve district-level public hospital staff satisfaction，promote the development of hospitals and promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.

醫院文化是指特定的群體在醫療及與其相關領域的生產、生活實踐中所創造的物質財富和精神財富的總和，是一種具有醫院自身特點的行業文化[1]。它包括醫院物質文化、制度文化和精神文化等3方面內容[2]。隨著醫藥衛生體制改革的逐步深化和醫療市場競爭的進一步加劇，醫院文化建設逐步成為現代醫院管理的重要戰略措施，對提升醫院的核心競爭力及構建和諧醫患關系發揮著重要作用[3]。區縣級公立醫院是農村三級醫療網絡的龍頭，是常見病、多發病、危急重癥患者的救治中心，是新醫改重點關注的基層醫療衛生體系的焦點。基于多元化社會的醫院文化建設在區縣級公立醫院的重要性，不僅可以提升區縣級公立醫院的品牌效應，而且對緩解醫患關系、吸引人才、提高職工滿意度等方面具有重要意義。
