阿托伐他汀鈣同氨氯地平對冠心病合并高血壓的臨床治療效果觀察

摘要：目的 觀察分析阿托伐他汀鈣同氨氯地平對冠心病合并高血壓患者的臨床治療效果。方法 選取2015年8月～2016年12月本院收治的100例冠心病合并高血壓患者作為研究對象，將其隨機分為觀察組和對照組各50例，對照組患者使用阿托伐他汀鈣片對冠心病合并高血壓患者進行治療，對觀察組患者使用阿托伐他汀鈣片聯合氨氯地平，觀察兩組患者在治療前后的心電圖變化。結果 治療的療程結束后，觀察組的心電圖中出現好轉跡象的總有效率為92.00%；對照組的心電圖出現好轉跡象的總有效率為80.00%。觀察組在這兩項數據上明顯優于對照組，且數據具有統計學意義。結論 在治療冠心病合并高血壓中應用阿托伐他汀鈣同氨氯地平效果明顯，可以進行推廣使用。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium and amlodipine on patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods From August 2015 to December 2016，100 cases of CHD with hypertension in our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group 50 cases and control group 50 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Patients in the observation group were given atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with amlodipine to observe changes of electrocardiogram before and after treatment in both groups.Results After the end of treatment，the total effective rate of the electrocardiogram in the observation group showed signs of improvement was 92.00%；the control group's electrocardiogram showed signs of improvement in the total efficiency of 80.00%.The observation group in these two data was significantly better than the control group，and the data were statistically significant.Conclusion The application of atorvastatin calcium with amlodipine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension has obvious effect and can be used widely.

冠心病主要是由于人體內脂肪代謝不正常導致血液中本該沉著在光滑動脈內膜上的脂質形成堆積形成白色斑塊，使血液流動受阻，心臟缺血，容易導致心絞痛[1]。目前臨床上主要使用藥物控制患者病情并進行治療。阿托伐他汀鈣聯同氨氯地平在其他研究中被證明對高血壓的療效明顯。為了探討阿托伐他汀鈣聯同氨氯地平在治療冠心病合并高血壓中的療效，筆者選取2015年8月～2016年12月本院收治的100例冠心病合并高血壓患者作為研究對象，將其隨機分為觀察組和對照組各50例，對照組患者使用阿托伐他汀鈣片對冠心病合并高血壓患者進行治療，對觀察組患者使用阿托伐他汀鈣片聯合氨氯地平，觀察兩組患者在治療前后心電圖變化并進行記錄，現報告如下。……
