綜合護理干預措施對腹型過敏性紫癜的護理效果觀察施

摘要：目的 對腹型過敏性紫癜患者中應用綜合護理干預效果進行探討。方法 選擇我院2014年1月～2016年12月收治132例腹型過敏性紫癜患者進行研究，依據住院時間劃分為對照組和觀察組，對照組患者護理采用常規護理措施，觀察組患者接受綜合性護理干預，進行兩組患者護理滿意度、腹痛緩解時間、皮疹消退時間的對比。結果 觀察組患者護理滿意度比對照組高，腹痛緩解時間、皮疹消退時間比對照組短，各項指標組間比較差異顯著。結論 在腹型過敏性紫癜患者中開展綜合護理干預，能夠提升患者滿意度，降低腹痛緩解時間和皮疹消退時間，具有較高的臨床推廣價值。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with abdominal type allergic purpura effect. Methods Select our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 admitted 132 cases of abdominal allergic purpura patients were divided into control group and observation group according to hospitalization time，the control group of patients nursing routine nursing measures，observation group patients receiving comprehensive nursing intervention，the two groups of patients satisfaction with care，abdominal pain relief time，rash subsided time comparison.Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than the control group，the duration of abdominal pain，rash subsided time shorter than the control group，the indicators of significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion In patients with abdominal type allergic purpura，comprehensive nursing intervention can improve patient satisfaction，reduce abdominal pain relief time and rash subsided time，and has high clinical value.

腹型過敏性紫癜在兒科臨床中較為常見，是因免疫復合物在小血管積淀引起的，實際中主要以胃腸道癥狀為主，通常伴有消化道出血情況，因此臨床中經常被錯誤診斷為急腹癥[1]。為促進過敏性紫癜患者更好康復，本研究選擇我院收治132例患者對綜合護理干預應用效果進行探討，現報告如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1一般資料

選擇我院2014年1月～2016年12月收治132例腹型過敏性紫癜患者進行研究，依據住院時間劃分為對照組和觀察組。對照組包括28例男，38例女；年齡2～14歲，平均年齡（5.6±2.3）歲；其中伴有臍周痛28例，右下腹痛27例，全腹痛6例，上腹痛5例。44例患者在出現皮疹之前發生腹痛，22例患者在出現皮疹之后發生腹痛。觀察組包括30例男，36例女；……
