校地合作共建社區(qū)護(hù)理實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地模式的探索

摘要：目的 探討校地合作共建社區(qū)護(hù)理實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地模式的效果。方法 由學(xué)校與所在城區(qū)衛(wèi)生局簽署合作共建協(xié)議，通過校地合作，進(jìn)行社區(qū)護(hù)理實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、管理體制、師資力量和實(shí)踐內(nèi)容等建設(shè)。結(jié)果 社區(qū)教師教育教學(xué)及專業(yè)水平等多方面能力得到提升及認(rèn)可，學(xué)生對(duì)社區(qū)護(hù)理實(shí)踐教學(xué)的作用具有較高的正性評(píng)價(jià)并逐年提高。結(jié)論 校地合作共建社區(qū)護(hù)理實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地模式既保證了教學(xué)質(zhì)量，又提高了社區(qū)護(hù)理水平。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of school-camp cooperation to build community nursing practice teaching base.Methods By the school and the district health bureau signed a cooperation agreement to build， through cooperation， community nursing practice teaching base infrastructure， management system， teachers and practice content.Results Community teachers'education，teaching and professional ability were improved and recognized.Students' positive role in community nursing practice teaching was highly positive and increased year by year.Conclusion The cooperation of school and community to build community nursing practice teaching base model not only guarantees the quality of teaching，but also improves the level of community nursing.

隨著社會(huì)的全面發(fā)展、人民生活水平的逐步提高及人口老齡化的加速，社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)的重要性日益突出。社區(qū)護(hù)士作為重要的社區(qū)衛(wèi)生人力資源之一，在社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。因此，培養(yǎng)適合社區(qū)需求的護(hù)理人才成為護(hù)理教育領(lǐng)域的重要課題。國內(nèi)社區(qū)護(hù)理和社區(qū)護(hù)理教育起步較晚，雖然多數(shù)院校均開設(shè)了社區(qū)護(hù)理課程，但由于客觀條件所限，社區(qū)護(hù)理實(shí)踐基地的建設(shè)幾乎是空白，真正走進(jìn)社區(qū)見習(xí)和實(shí)習(xí)的護(hù)生并不多[1]，導(dǎo)致學(xué)生理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際不夠，對(duì)社區(qū)護(hù)理認(rèn)識(shí)不足，直接影響教學(xué)質(zhì)量，甚至導(dǎo)致護(hù)生社區(qū)護(hù)理就業(yè)意愿低[2]。我校發(fā)揮高校與學(xué)校所在城區(qū)衛(wèi)生局各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)，由學(xué)校與所在城區(qū)衛(wèi)生局簽署合作共建協(xié)議，將屬地城區(qū)較為成熟、社區(qū)護(hù)理服務(wù)工作開展得較好的社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心確定為學(xué)校社區(qū)護(hù)理實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地，通過校地合作，進(jìn)行社區(qū)護(hù)理實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地建設(shè)，取得了較好的效果，現(xiàn)介紹如下。……
