電針結合穴位埋線治療圍絕經期綜合征對E2、LH、FSH水平及療效的影響分析

[摘要] 目的 探討電針結合穴位埋線治療圍絕經期綜合征對E2、LH、FSH水平及療效的影響。 方法 選取2015年1月～2017年1月間我院收治的60例圍絕經期綜合征患者，按照隨機數字表法分為研究組和對照組，各30例。研究組采用電針結合穴位埋線治療，對照組采用電針治療。觀察并比較兩組患者的E2、LH、FSH水平及臨床療效。結果 治療后兩組患者的E2水平均高于治療前（P<0.05），且研究組高于對照組（P<0.05）；治療后兩組患者的LH、FSH水平均低于治療前（P均<0.05），且研究組低于對照組（P均<0.05）；研究組的總有效率為83.33%（25/30），對照組為56.67%（17/30），研究組高于對照組（χ2=5.0794，P<0.05）。 結論 電針結合穴位埋線治療圍絕經期綜合征可提高患者的E2水平，并降低LH、FSH水平，臨床療效顯著，值得推廣應用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy on the levels of E2， LH and FSH and the curative effect in patients with peri-menopausal syndrome. Methods 60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome who were admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method， with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding and the control group was only treated with electro-acupuncture. The levels of E2， LH and FSH in both groups and their clinical effects were observed and compared. Results After treatment， E2 levels in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment（P<0.05）， and were higher in the experimental group than that in the control group（P<0.05）； LH and FSH levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）， and were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group. The total effective rate was 83.33%（25/30） in the experimental group and 56.67%（17/30） in the control group， which was higher in the experimental group than in the control group（χ2=5.0794， P<0.05）. Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding can improve E2 level and reduce LH and FSH levels in patients with perimenopausal syndrome. The clinical efficacy is significant and it is worth popularizing and applying.

圍絕經期綜合征（Perimenopause syndrome，PMS）是婦女絕經前后出現一系列軀體及精神心理癥狀，多發生在40歲之后的女性，嚴重影響婦女的日常生活及健康[1]。目前西醫對本病的主要治療手段是激素替代療法（HRT），但長期應用HRT具有不可避免的副作用及風險，如會增加卵巢癌、子宮內膜癌的發生率[2]。如何有效地改善圍絕經期的癥狀、降低使用激素的風險、提高中老年人的生活質量成為當今主要主題[3]。針刺療法作為一種中醫療法，通過合理的穴位配伍及針刺對機體的神經、內分泌功能等進行調節，本研究為深入探討電針結合穴位埋線治療圍絕經期綜合征的療效及其對血清雌激素（E2）、黃體生成素（LH）及卵泡刺激素（FSH）水平的影響，對60例圍絕經期綜合征患者的臨床資料進行統計分析，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選取2015年1月～2017年1月間我院收治的60例圍絕經期綜合征患者，均符合中華婦產科學圍絕經期綜合征的診斷標準[4]。按照隨機數字表法分為研究組30例與對照組30例，兩組患者的一般資料比較差異均無統計學意義（P均>0.05），具有可比性?！?br>
