“回望百年—大足石刻歷史影像展”將赴國內外多地巡展

5月26日，“回望百年—大足石刻歷史影像展”在重慶中國三峽博物館開展，拉開大足石刻百場展覽、百場講座、百館贈書、百集微視頻展播—“四百工程”主題文化旅游推廣宣傳活動帷幕，并將選擇在不同的國家和城市舉行。在國外，擬選擇美國、英國、法國、德國、加拿大、意大利、西班牙、日本等大足石刻參觀客源相對較多的國家。國內按城市分，既要選擇北京、上海、廣州、成都等大城市，也要選擇中小城市。按線路分，重點選擇“一帶一路”沿線國家和城市。

“渝滿俄”班列每周二固定開行

為滿足中俄雙方市場需要，“渝滿俄”國際鐵路增開班列，5月15日起正式實行每周二固定發班。“渝滿俄”是一條自重慶西部物流園出發、北上經滿洲里口岸出境、橫越西伯利亞、到達莫斯科的國際鐵路班列。今年1至5月“渝滿俄”共開行35班，截至目前已累計開行82班。

“重慶兩江之星”成功發射

5月17日，OS-X火箭“重慶兩江之星”在我國西北某基地成功點火升空，首飛圓滿成功。“重慶兩江之星”是重慶零壹空間OS-X系列的首型火箭，也是中國首枚民營自研商用亞軌道火箭。成功填補了我國在航天飛行試驗專業助推火箭的空白，全面助力航空航天前沿技術的實踐與轉化。

重慶歐美同學會舉辦留學報國大講壇

5月17日，重慶歐美同學會（重慶留學人員聯誼會）舉辦第一期留學報國大講壇。國務院參事、歐美同學會（中國留學人員聯誼會）副會長王輝耀作“中國國際人才和海歸發展”專題講座。他圍繞國際人才競爭的現狀和趨勢、中國人才發展面臨的挑戰、我國最新人才政策等方面對中國海歸人才發展進行了深入講解，并與參會人員進行了互動交流。

重慶發布跨境貿易便利化若干措施

《重慶口岸提升跨境貿易便利化若干措施（試行）》發布，5個方面，共計19條措施。包括：便利單證辦理，壓縮通關準備、貨物提離時間，降低口岸綜合物流成本，建立“三公示”制度，完善口岸配套服務等方面。

8項傳統工藝入選國家目錄

5月24日，文化和旅游部官網消息，文化和旅游部、工業和信息化部在各地推薦的基礎上，制定了《第一批國家傳統工藝振興目錄》，全國共383項傳統工藝入選。重慶市有8項入選，全部為國家級非物質文化遺產。其中，重慶市蜀繡和夏布織造技藝入選紡織織繡類別，梁平竹簾制作技藝入選編織扎制類別，土家樓吊腳樓營造技藝入選家具建筑類別，梁平木版年畫繪制技藝入選剪紙刻繪類別，榮昌陶器制作技藝入選陶瓷燒造類別，重慶漆器髹飾技藝入選漆器髹飾類別，榮昌折扇制作技藝入選器具制作類別。

“博士渝行周”45名博士“落子”重慶

5月25日，為期一周的“博士渝行周”活動圓滿結束，來自海內外知名高校的45名博士與重慶“喜結良緣”。其中，32名博士與重慶長安汽車股份有限公司、城市建設投資等9家用人單位簽訂了協議，13名博士與重慶精準醫療產業技術研究院等7個博士后工作站簽訂了進站協議。通過本次活動引入人才“新鮮血液”，將有助于相關行業和領域更好實施創新驅動發展戰略。

萬州開通首條國際航線

5月31日，萬州機場開通直飛泰國的國際航線，從此結束萬州不能直飛出國的歷史，叩開三峽庫區通向世界的“空中大門”。由東海航空公司承擔直飛珠海—萬州—泰國芭提雅國際航線。

中外拳擊高手忠縣爭霸 電視網絡全球播出

6月2日，武林風環球拳王爭霸賽（金鱗洞杯）在重慶忠縣三峽港灣電競館舉行。來自泰國、荷蘭、德國、俄羅斯等8個國家的外方拳手與中國9位實力拳手輪番登臺對決，近萬名觀眾吶喊助威，場面沸騰。本次賽事由忠縣人民政府攜手河南衛視共同主辦，河南衛視對賽事進行了同步直播，并通過數十家網絡新媒體平臺面向全球播出。通過體育賽事與文化、旅游的深度融合，帶動了縣域旅游、餐飲、酒店等服務行業的消費增長，提振了忠縣縣域經濟實力。

青海省加入共建“南向通道”工作機制

6月3日，中新（重慶）戰略性互聯互通示范項目管理局消息，在中國（青海）藏毯國際博覽會上，重慶、廣西、貴州、甘肅四省區市（簡稱“四地”）與青海省簽署《青海省加入共建中新互聯互通項目南向通道工作機制備忘錄》，標志著青海省加入共建“南向通道”工作機制，“南向通道”合作范圍得以進一步擴大。今年4月20日，四地邀請青海省等6省區參加在渝召開“南向通道”2018年中方聯席會議，并發出了邀請兄弟省區共同參與“南向通道”建設的《重慶倡議》。

And it will be held in different countries and cities. In foreign countries, it is planned to choose the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Canada,Italy, Spain, Japan and other countries involving a relatively large number of visitors to Dazu Rock Carvings. At home,we should choose not only big cities like Beijing, Shanghai,Guangzhou, chengdu etc., but also small and medium-sized cities. “Chongqing-Manzhouli-Russia” Trains were Fixed on Tuesday

In order to meet the market needs of both China and Russia, the “Chongqing-Manzhouli-Russia” international railway has opened more trains, and they have been scheduled on every Tuesday since May 15th. “Chongqing-Manzhouli-Russia” is an international railway starting from Chongqing Western Logistics Park, running northward the port of Manzhouli, crossing Siberia and finally arriving in Moscow. 35 trains were running from January to May this year, and 82 have been put into operation by now.

The Successful Launch of the “Chongqing Liangjiang Star”

The day of May 17th witnessed the maiden launch of the “Chongqing Liangjiang Star” OS-X rocket in a base in northwest China. It is the first OS-X rocket developed and made by OneSpace Technology in Chongqing as well as China’s first commercial sub-orbital rocket designed and built by a private enterprise. The success has filled the gap of professional booster rocket in China’s spaceflight test and has fully promoted the practice and transformation of the leading technology in aerospace.

According to the official website of Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the First National Catalog of Traditional Crafts”was formulated by Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology based on nationwide recommendation in May 24th, with 383 traditional crafts in the list. 8 Chongqing crafts had their names in the catalog, all of which are state-level intangible cultural heritages. The Sichuan embroidery and grass cloth waving crafts were selected in textile and embroidery category,bamboo curtain making crafts of Liangping in weaving and ligation, building crafts of the Stilted Building of Tujia Nationality in furniture and building category, Liangping woodcut New Year painting crafts in paper cutting and caving category, Rongchang pottery making crafts in ceramic firing category, Chongqing lacquer painting skills in lacquer decoration category and Rongchang folding fan crafts in the category of utensil making.

45 PhD Talents Have Been Introduced into Chongqing

The Opening of the First International Flight in Wanzhou

In May 31st, Wanzhou Airport opened an international direct flight to Thailand, announcing the end of the history when one could not go abroad directly in Wanzhou, and embracing the new era of going global from the Three Gorges Reservoir area. The Donghai Airlines will take the direct flight of Zhuhai-Wanzhou-Thailand-Pattaya.

On June 2, the Wu Lin Feng global boxing championship (Jinlin Dong Cup) was held in the Three Gorges Harbor E-sports pavilion in chongqing zhongxian . Qinghai province joins the working mechanism of jointly building the "southward channel"

On June 3, according to the China-Singapore(Chongqing) administration of Demonstration Initiative on strategic Connnectivity, in China(Qinghai) Tibetan carpets international exposition, The four provinces,Chongqing, Guangxi, Guizhou, Gansu( referred to as"four places") and Qinghai province signed the working mechanism memorandum of Qinghai province joining the China-Singapore Strategic Connectivity “Southward Channel”, marking the join of Qinghai province on the working mechanism of jointly building the "southward channel". And the scope of cooperation on the"southward channel" has been further expanded. On April 20 this year, “four places” invited six provinces and regions including Qinghai province to participate in the 2018 China joint conference "southward channel"held in chongqing and put forward the Chongqing initiative to invite brother provinces to participate in the construction of "southward channel".
