摘 要:針對國內應急救援用起重氣墊的抗靜電、阻燃性能不滿足煤礦井下環境使用的問題,設計了一種安全、便攜的礦用起重氣墊,并詳細闡述了該起重氣墊的結構組成、工作原理和氣墊材料選擇。該氣墊樣機通過耐壓性、可靠性、氣密性以及起重重量和撐起高度試驗測試,結果表明其各項性能滿足設計要求,符合國家煤礦安全標準的相關規定。

Development of Lifting Air Cushion for Mining

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the anti-static and flame-retardant performance of the hoisting air cushion used for emergency rescue in China does not meet the requirements of underground environment use in coal mine, a safe and portable mine hoisting air cushion was designed, and the structure composition, working principle and air cushion material selection of the hoisting air cushion were described in detail. The equipment had pass the test of pressure resistance, reliability, air tightness, lifting weight and lifting height of the prototype. The results showed that the performance of the equipment met the design requirements and the relevant provisions of the national coal mine safety standards.

1 研究背景
起重氣墊用于交通事故、坑道塌方等災難時被重物壓埋人員的搶救、地震后的救災與營救工作等場合,尤其適用于不規則重物的起重及間隙狹小、地面不平等普通起重設備難以施展工作的場合。起重氣墊可以放入高度僅30mm的空間起升重物,撐起高度最高可達到500mm,多個起重氣墊并聯使用可使擴充高度成倍增加,迅速搭建被壓埋人員生命的救援通道[1],提高救援效率。但在煤礦局部冒頂事故救援時,現有起重氣墊的抗靜電、阻燃性并不能滿足煤礦井下特殊環境的使用要求[2]。本文針對此設計了一種適用于煤礦井下狹窄空間被埋人員救援,滿足抗靜電、阻燃要求的礦用起重氣墊,并對礦用起重氣墊的耐壓性、可靠性、氣密性、起重重量和撐起高度的關鍵性能進行了試驗測試。
2 裝備設計
2.1 結構組成
礦用起重氣墊主要由高壓氣瓶、瓶閥、控制閥、減壓器、安全閥、節流閥、軟管、快速接頭及氣墊等部分組成,如圖1所示。……
