On the governance and prosperity of ancient Chinese political tradition from the perspective of Zhen Guan’s Governance

【Abstract】There is a special relationship between Chinese traditional politics and historiography. This paper will look at the governance and prosperity of ancient Chinese political tradition from the perspective of Zhenguan， and expound the abstract kingly and imperial ways， as well as the specific strategies and measures of governance.

1. the historical appearance of Zhenguan's world

Zhenguan's governance was a political， economic and cultural prosperity situation in the early Tang Dynasty during the reign of Emperor Taizong. From a historical point of view， the reason for the emergence of the rule of chastity stems from the effective policy of governing the country， making social order stable and the country prosperous. The monarch grasped the situation of the peasants and the form of the state more accurately， and adopted the policy of neglecting and ignoring taxes and advising the peasants to do farming work. Because of perennial war， there is not much time to think about governing the country and the people. After many years of development， finally won the imperial power in hand， coupled with years of turmoil， brilliant warfare， it trained as a mature politician， so there is a situation of chastity.

2.The governance and prosperity of ancient Chinese political tradition

From the Eastern Zhou Dynasty to the Qin and Han Dynasties， according to different historical information， the political form was analyzed in the early political thought. The convergence of Xia Shang Zhou made the ancient historical system more complete and formed a situation of evolution. In this system， the specific emperor's Tao， and pass on virtue， pay attention to the way of propriety and music.

Under the situation of imperial governance， the practice of governing the country has also reached a different form， and a clear and definite governance and chaos.Beyond the chaos of the world， new analysis was made on the flourishing age. Since the Tang and Song Dynasties， the concept of prosperity has been used more and more， and people prefer to praise the present age with the prosperity rather than the evaluation of history. People regard the "prosperous age" as the greatest luck in life， and divide the state political situation into several forms， such as governance， decline， weakness， obedience， death， and so on. They regard the prosperous age as a separate form of existence.

But there is no strict distinction between the specific understanding of the flourishing age and the rule of the world. In modern concepts， it describes the current state governance situation in three forms： prosperity， decline， and chaos. However， in history， most of the flourishing times will not last too long， so there is a social situation in which a long time must be divided and a long time must be divided. But when it comes to the flourishing age， it is an affirmation of the cultural prosperity of the world.

However， no matter in the heyday or in the heyday， there are relative political concepts and special meanings entrusted by the historical era. According to strict standards， the Tang Xuanzong period and the three historical periods of Kangxi， Yongzheng and Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty are called the prosperous period. The era of governance is not clearly defined， except Yao and Shun period， Tang， Han， Zhou and other periods， can be called a typical situation of governance. For example， in the Zhenguan dignitaries， there is a feeling that this is all ancient and ancient. At this time， the society was very stable， the people were full of confidence in the state power， the country was stable and peaceful， and the development was smooth.

3. Conclusion

To sum up， this paper mainly analyzes the political tradition of ancient China's governance and prosperity， no matter in what era， there are so-called concept of prosperity and governance. It is concluded that flourishing age is a rational social state， focusing on the governance effect of national rationality. Rule of the world is an ideal form， focusing on the level of state governance， emphasizing the emperor and the king， is a rational social atmosphere， social order and stable development of the situation.
