不同工齡放射工作人員職業健康檢查結果分析

摘? ?要：目的? 了解銀川市不同工齡放射工作人員的職業健康狀況，為制定科學的工作制度提供基礎依據。方法? 2016年8月寧夏區疾病控制中心對銀川市醫療機構92名不同工齡放射工作人員中86名進行了健康檢查，并對放射職業檢查結果進行了分析。根據放射工齡的不同進行分為0～10年、11～20年 、21～30年 和31～40年共4個組，以GBZ98-2002《放射工作人員的健康標準》為依據，統計檢查結果，比較各組異常情況。結果? 醫療機構放射工作人員頭暈頭痛、疲乏無力、記憶力減退、脫發、視力下降、牙齦出血等臨床癥狀和慢性放射性皮膚損傷、外周血象異常、眼晶狀體混濁、淋巴細胞染色體畸變以及微核細胞比率，隨工齡增加而增高，不同工齡組間差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論? 長期小劑量X射線對放射工作人員健康具有一定的影響，工齡可能是職業健康危害加重的獨立危險因素，必須加強防護工作，制定科學的工作制度，定期健康監護，以保護放射工作人員的健康。

Analysis of Occupational Health Examination Results of Radiation Workers in Different Working Ages

Abstract：Objective? To understand the occupational health status of radiation workers in different working ages in Yinchuan City， and to provide a basis for the development of a scientific work system.Methods? In August 2016， the Ningxia District Center for Disease Control conducted a health check on 86 of the 92 radiation workers in different medical ages in Yinchuan Medical Center. The results of the radiological examination were analyzed.According to the different ages of radiation，there are 4 groups divided into 0～10 years，11～20 years，21～30 years and 31～40 years.Based on GBZ98-2002"Health Standards for Radiation Workers"，statistical inspection results，compare the abnormalities of each group.Results? Radiation workers in medical institutions，dizziness，headache， fatigue，memory loss，hair loss，decreased vision，bleeding gums and other clinical symptoms and chronic radiation skin damage， peripheral blood abnormalities，lens opacity，lymphocyte chromosome aberrations and micronucleus ratio，the increase with the increase of working age，the difference between the different working age groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion? Long-term low-dose X-rays have certain effects on the health of radiation workers.The working age may be an independent risk factor for occupational health hazards.It is necessary to strengthen protection work， develop a scientific work system，and regular health monitoring to protect the health of radiation workers.

隨著科學技術的進步，臨床診斷和治療中DR、CT等先進醫療設備被廣泛采用，放射線對人體的危害逐漸被各單位高度重視。為了解銀川市醫療機構不同放射工作人員的職業健康狀況，保障醫療機構放射工作人員的健康，根據《放射工作人員職業健康管理辦法》（衛生部55號令）和放射工作人員健康檢查要求，2016年8月寧夏區疾病控制中心對銀川市醫療機構不同工齡放射工作人員的職業健康進行了檢查，并對檢查結果進行了分析。

1資料與方法

1.1研究對象? 2016年8月寧夏區疾病控制中心對銀川市市屬醫療機構從事放射工作的工作人員92人，有86人參加職業健康體檢，其中男性54人，女性32人;年齡20～64歲，平均年齡（36.08±9.42）歲;工齡1～40年，平均工齡（18.86±0.34）年。……
