The parallel forum “Fashion · New Development”, themed on “Fashion · Globalization”, “Fashion· Intelligence” and “Fashion · Design”, focused on globalized development tendency of the fashion industry and explored into enterprise transformation under the new retail tendency and product design & development under the guidance of artificial intelligence as well as associated development among “fashion, culture and design”.

Independent director Yang Dajun of French SMCP Fashion Group expressed that globalization of the fashion industry could not be realized without capital, and the “right of speech” in the global fashion industrial pattern should be created. Director Huang Yanting of China-Europe Fashion Dream Incubator Industry Alliance pointed out that talent was the root, brand strategy was the emphasis and establishing and developing a middle and high-end market was the key of strategic transformation and upgrading of the textile industry from 3 aspects: talent introduction, brand strategy and middle- and high-end market development. CEO of Santex Rimar Group Simone Rancan analyzed fashion tendency under the promotion of digitization and the production tendency under the influence of sustainable development upsurge by combining 18-year practical experience in the textile machinery production industry. “Now we should pay more attention to data acquisition, client research and solving of production problems in the market using innovative technologies.”
