中國—東盟中心出席第二屆中國—東盟青年企業家論壇

12月17～18日，第二屆中國—東盟青年企業家論壇在柬埔寨暹粒舉行。論壇以“駕馭科技創新、服務中小企業發展”為主題，來自中國和東盟國家的政府機關、中小企業、智庫、商會、中國駐東盟使團等約150名代表參加。中國—東盟中心綜合協調部主任汪紅柳作為中心代表應邀出席，并同與會代表進行了廣泛深入交流。

柬埔寨外交和國際合作部國務部長法里德、工業和手工業部國務部長索空、暹粒省副省長普拉迪、中國駐東盟使團參贊方冰在論壇開幕式上致辭，系統回顧了中國—東盟建立對話關系和戰略伙伴關系以來在政治、經貿、人文等領域取得的廣泛成就，高度評價中小企業為各自國家和地區發展作出的重要貢獻，期待《東盟中小企業發展戰略行動計劃》等指導性文件推動地區中小企業更好適應國際競爭，實現可持續發展，有力促進中國—東盟友好與合作。

與會者一致認為，中國是東盟最重要和最務實的合作伙伴，為東盟發展和繁榮提供了切實助力。中國在科技創新方面取得的跨越式發展值得東盟中小企業借鑒。希望通過此次論壇，中國和東盟國家的青年企業家可以加強交流互動，擴大對科技創新的轉化利用，深化對各自國家及中國—東盟框架下科技創業扶持政策的理解和實踐。

中國—東盟中心代表受邀在論壇上多次發言，介紹中國中小企業發展現狀、中方企業利用高科技的成功案例、中國與東盟國家在高科技領域合作的主要成果，對雙方深化互利合作提出可操作建議，并表示，中心愿同各方面加強協作，提供平臺，進一步推動本地區中小企業的合作共贏與發展。

ACC Attending the 2nd ASEAN-China Young Entrepreneur Forum

With “Harnessing Technology and Innovation for Resilient SMEs Development”as the theme, the 2ndASEANChina Young Entrepreneur Forum held in Siem Reap,Cambodia on December 17-18,2018 was attended by some 150 representatives of government agencies, small and mediumsized enterprises (SMEs), think tanks, chambers of commerce of China and the ASEAN countries, and Mission of China to ASEAN. As the representative of ASEAN-China Center (ACC),Wang Hongliu, Director of General Affairs and Coordination Division of ACC was also present at the forum, where she conducted extensive and in-depth exchanges with other attendees.

Representatives from Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,Cambodian Ministry of Industry and Handicrafts, Mission of China to ASEAN, and Siem Reap Province addressed the opening ceremony of the forum respectively. Their speeches thoroughly reviewed the extensive achievements made in politics, economy and trade,cultures and people-to-people exchanges since ASEAN and China established dialogue relationship and strategic partnership; sang highly of the important contribution made by SMEs to the development of respective country and region;looked forward to adapting the SMEs in the region to international competition guided by documents such asASEAN SMEs Development Strategy Action Planto achieve sustainable development and to promote the friendship and cooperation between ASEAN and China.

The attendees of the forum all agreed that China is the most important and most pragmatic partner to ASEAN, providing tangible support to the development and prosperity of ASEAN; that the fast growth of China in scientific and technological innovation sets a good example to SMEs of ASEAN;that the forum will enable young entrepreneurs of China and ASEAN to intensify exchanges, increase the commercialization of technological achievements, deepen understanding and practice of supportive policies of science and technological innovation of respective countries and under the China-ASEAN framework.

The representative of ACC was invited to deliver a number of speeches which were focused on the current situation of SMEs in China; successful cases of Chinese SMEs utilizing high technology;major achievements of China and the ASEAN countries in high technology cooperation; workable advices on deepened bilateral cooperation based on mutual benefits. She also said that ACC is willing to strengthen cooperation to provide platforms for furthering the win-win development of SMEs in the region.
