戶外配變低壓綜合配電箱的改進

摘 要：文章設計一種安裝于戶外的配變低壓綜合配電箱，具有四個獨立隔室的配變低壓綜合配電箱。配變低壓綜合配電箱的材料為不銹鋼，安裝在戶外臺區變壓器上，集計量、電能分配、無功補償功能于一體。配變低壓綜合配電箱分為四個獨立的隔室，四個隔室相互獨立，采用冷軋鋼板分開，在一個室出現故障時，不會影響其他隔室；箱在側面、電容室底部開有通風進氣孔，通風進氣孔內側焊接有不銹鋼絲網，既滿足通風的要求，又可以滿足防護等級的要求。箱體頂部采用“人”字形結構的頂蓋，同時在頂蓋的長邊開有通風孔，用于出風散熱；在箱體的底部開有進出線孔，采用專用的電纜進線格蘭，防護等級高；在箱體的兩側裝有M16的銅螺柱，用于搭接進線側接地線，方便施工；門板采用內凹槽設計，凹槽內貼有硅橡膠，箱門關閉時壓住箱體的凸出部，保證防護等級。

Abstract： The paper relates to a distribution transformer low voltage integrated distribution box which is installed outdoors and has four separate compartments. The material of the distribution transformer low voltage comprehensive distribution box is stainless steel， which is installed on the transformer in outdoor area and integrates the functions of metering， energy distribution and reactive power compensation. The low voltage distribution box of distribution transformer is divided into four separate compartments， the four compartments are independent from each other and are separated by cold rolled steel plate， when one room fails， the other compartments will not be affected； the box is provided with ventilation inlet holes at the side and at the bottom of the capacitance chamber. The inside of the ventilation inlet is welded with stainless steel wire mesh， which not only meets the requirements of ventilation， but also meets the requirements of the protection grade. The top of the box adopts the top cover of the "man" shaped structure， and at the same time， a vent hole is opened on the long side of the top cover for air flow and heat dissipation， and an inlet and outlet line hole is opened at the bottom of the box body， and a special cable is used to enter the line， and the protection level is high； M16 copper stud is installed on both sides of the box for lapping into the ground wire on the side of the wire for convenient construction； the door plate adopts the design of the inner groove with silicone rubber affixed in the groove and the protruding part of the box body is pressed when the door is closed to ensure the protection level.

配變低壓綜合配電箱，是10/0.4kV供電系統中用來接受和分配電能的低壓配電設備，一般安裝在戶外配電變壓器低壓側。箱內通常配備進線斷路器、配電斷路器、避雷器、內部保護斷路器、負荷開關、隔離開關等主電器元件。另外，還配備有電流互感器、電能表等計量電器， 以及用于低壓無功補償的電容器等設備。目前，配電箱廣泛使用于農村、城市配電網和工礦企業內部配電網，安裝在10/0.4kV戶外臺架變壓器的桿架上，對低壓負荷實現配電、計量、無功補償等功能。
