結核性胸膜炎病人給予醋酸潑尼松片聯合抗癆藥物治療的臨床分析

【摘 要】

目的：探討醋酸潑尼松片聯合抗癆藥物治療結核性胸膜炎的臨床效果。方法：選取近兩年在我院接受治療的70例結核性胸膜炎患者作為研究對象，按照隨機數字表達法將其分為觀察組與參考組，各為35例。觀察組采用醋酸潑尼松片聯合抗癆藥物治療，參考組僅采用常規抗癆藥物治療，比較兩組治療效果。結果：觀察組治療總有效率、胸腔積液吸收率均明顯高于參考組（P<0.05）；觀察組胸腔積液平均吸收時間明顯短于參考組（P﹤0.05）；治療后，觀察組外周血干擾素（IFN-）、白細胞介素-2（IL-2）、白介素-6（IL-6）、C-反應蛋白（CRP）、降鈣素原（PCT）水平均明顯低于參考組（P﹤0.05）；兩組治療期間不良反應發生率比較無統計學意義（P﹥0.05）。結論：醋酸潑尼松片聯合抗癆藥物治療結核性胸膜炎效果確切，能夠促進胸腔積液吸收、提高患者免疫力，安全性高，可作為有效聯合治療方案推廣。

Clinical analysis of prednisone acetate combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs in tuberculous pleurisy patients

Abstract Objective：

to investigate the clinical effect of prednisone acetate tablets combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods： 70 cases of tuberculous pleurisy patients who received treatment in our hospital in the past two years were selected as the research objects. According to the random number expression method， they were divided into observation group and reference group， with 35 cases each. The observation group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs， while the reference group was only treated with conventional anti-tuberculosis drugs， and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results： the total effective rate and the absorptivity of pleural effusion in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the reference group （P<0.05）. Less than 0.05， the average absorption time of pleural effusion of observation group is less than that of reference group （P < 0.05）. After treatment， the observation group of peripheral blood interferon （IFN - ）， interleukin 2 （IL 2） and interleukin 6 （IL 6） and C - reactive protein （CRP）， calcitonin （PCT） level were significantly lower than the reference group （P ﹤ 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period showed no statistical significance （P > 0.05）. Conclusion： prednisone acetate combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs is effective in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy， can promote the absorption of pleural effusion， improve the immunity of patients， high safety， can be used as an effective combined treatment scheme.
