1月4日，位于重慶兩江新區水土高新技術產業園生態城的中以（重慶兩江）產業園正式開園。11個以色列項目集中簽約成為首批入駐企業，19個國內大健康產業項目落戶中關村醫學工程轉化（重慶）中心。該產業園由兩江新區管委會、中關村醫學工程轉化（重慶）中心、以色列國家平臺公司三方共同建設。產業園以醫療板塊為核心，同時引入以色列人工智能、新材料、新能源、通訊系統等高端技術項目。

2019年重慶將再添兩大開放平臺

1月24日，重慶海關消息，今年重慶將再添兩大開放平臺：涪陵綜合保稅區和果園保稅物流中心將于年內建成并封關運作。涪陵綜合保稅區和果園保稅物流中心都于2018年第四季度獲批建設。其中，涪陵綜合保稅區位于涪陵新城區西南片區，規劃面積2.7平方公里。重慶果園保稅物流中心屬于B型保稅物流中心，位于兩江新區魚復園區，批準建設面積0.2平方公里。

騰訊與兩江新區將在工業互聯網、智慧+等領域開展合作

1月24日，兩江新區與騰訊在深圳簽署合作備忘錄，將在數字內容產業、工業互聯網、智慧+等領域展開深度合作。其中，位于禮嘉的智慧生活體驗園項目，騰訊將結合大數據智能化產品，全面打造以科技生活為主題的體驗園區；而在浙江烏鎮發展勢頭良好的互聯網醫院，也將落地重慶。此外，雙方將共建“智慧兩江”，搭建兩江新區的智慧移動警務、智慧醫療健康平臺、智慧教育平臺、“指尖政務”服務平臺等。

重慶大學牽頭試驗的棉花種子在月球上發芽

1月15日，重慶大學宣布，由該校牽頭承擔、隨嫦娥四號登陸月球背面的生物科普試驗載荷，于1月5日在月球上生長出第一株植物嫩芽。這是人類首次在月球成功進行生物生長試驗，可為人類今后建立月球基地提供研究基礎和經驗，具有重大意義。

陸軍軍醫大學第五批赴埃塞俄比亞軍醫專家組出征

1月14日，陸軍軍醫大學第五批援埃塞俄比亞軍醫專家組正式出征。這是陸軍軍醫大學專項承擔的第五次埃塞俄比亞醫療援助工作。軍醫專家組以新橋醫院為主體組建，前往埃塞俄比亞首都亞的斯亞貝巴，將在埃塞俄比亞國防軍總醫院開展為期1年的幫帶工作，以提升當地醫療衛生水平。

西部農交會成“一帶一路”重要農業合作展示平臺

1月11日至14日，第十八屆中國西部（重慶）國際農產品交易會舉行，吸引了境內外2300余家企業攜6800余種農產品參展。設置有“一帶一路”展區、區域合作展區、重慶山地特色高效農業展區等6個主題展區。其中，“一帶一路”展區有越南、韓國、日本等16個國家和地區的70多家企業參展，帶來展銷產品500多種。西部農交會正在成為“一帶一路”沿線各地加強合作、共促發展的一個重要載體。

重慶——緬甸曼德勒直飛航線開通

1月11日，重慶——緬甸曼德勒直達航線正式開通。這也是2019年重慶江北國際機場開通的首條國際航線。截至目前，重慶江北國際機場開通的國際航線達到83條，其中直飛航線74條，通航城市62個，通航國家27個。

德國STS電動物流車生產項目落戶重慶

1月10日，在永川區舉行的2019年一季度招商引資項目集中簽約儀式上，由中交科創科技有限公司與德國Streetscooter公司合資建設的智能制造新能源汽車項目正式簽約落戶永川，這也是德國STS電動物流車落戶我國的首個整車生產項目。該項目總投資約38.4億元，分為STS電動物流車和e.GO電動乘用車兩期。

重慶國際醫學創新中心揭牌運營

1月10日，國際先進醫療技術創新峰會暨重慶國際醫學創新中心舉行揭牌儀式，重慶國際醫學創新中心正式啟動運營。同時，重慶國際醫學創新中心與全球排名第二的美國克里夫蘭醫院創新中心簽署戰略合作協議，推進國際先進醫學創新項目建設。目前，重慶國際醫學創新中心已儲備了100多個國際國內醫療創新項目，預計未來3個月內將完成首批10個項目的簽約入駐。

重慶口岸出入境流量5年增長200%

1月9日，重慶出入境邊防檢查總站消息，過去5年，重慶口岸出入境流量增長200%。其中，出入境航班2.2萬余架次，同比增加17.21%；從人員類別看，2018年境外人士同比增長17.25%，內地居民出入境人次同比增長13.38%。境外人士出入境增幅首次超過內地居民。2013年重慶口岸出入境流量首次突破100萬人次，而到2018年12月突破300萬大關，5年時間增長率達到200%。

第17屆香港國際授權展重慶非遺受追捧

1月7日至9日，第17屆香港國際授權展舉行，吸引了來自14個國家和地區的400余家企業參展，匯聚逾1000個品牌及授權項目。重慶首次組團參加該展覽，梁平竹簾和木版年畫、榮昌夏布和安陶、大足石雕等5個國家和市級非遺項目驚艷亮相，受到多方青睞。

重慶首票跨境電商零售出口商品順利通關

1月8日，重慶海關消息，731票家用電器、裝飾品等商品，通過跨境電商出口統一版系統申報出口，經重慶海關所屬渝州海關放行后，1月8日凌晨已從霍爾果斯口岸出境，發往匈牙利。這標志著重慶跨境電商零售出口業務正式開通，重慶海關跨境電商直購進口和零售出口業務實現全覆蓋。

China-Israel (Chongqing Liangjiang New Area) Industrial Park Opened

On January 4th, the China-Israel (Chongqing Liangjiang New Area) Industrial Park, located in the Eco-city of the Shuitu Hightech Industrial Park in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, officially opened. Eleven Israeli projects were jointly contracted to become the first batch of enterprises to settle in, and 19 domestic large health industry projects were settled in the Zhongguancun Medical Engineering&Transformation Platform(Chongqing). The industrial park was jointly built by the Management Committee of Liangjiang New Area , the Zhongguancun Medical Engineering&Transformation Platform(Chongqing) , and the Israel National Platform Company. Centered on the medical sector, the industrial park introduces high-end technology projects such as Israeli artificial intelligence, new materials, new energy, and communication systems.

Chongqing Will Introduce Another Two Open Platforms in 2019

On January 24, according to Chongqing Customs,Chongqing will add another two open platforms this year: Fuling Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Guoyuan Bonded Logistics Center will be completed and be put into operation within this year. The Fuling Comprehensive Bonded Zone and the Guoyuan Bonded Logistics Center were approved for construction in the fourth quarter in 2018. The former is located in the southwest area of Fuling New Town, with a planned area of 2.7 square kilometers; while the latter is a B-type bonded logistics center,located in Yufu Park of Liangjiang New Area, with an approved construction area of 0.2 square kilometers.

Tencent and Liangjiang New Area Will Cooperate in the Fields of Industrial Internet, Wisdom Plus, etc.

On January 24, Liangjiang New Area and Tencent signed a memorandum of cooperation in Shenzhen, which marked in-depth cooperation in the fields of digital content industry,industrial internet and wisdom plus. For the Smart Life Experience Park project located in Lijia, Tencent will combine the big data intelligent products to build a comprehensive experience park with the theme of science and technology life; and the Internet hospital with good momentum in Wuzhen, Zhejiang will also find its way in Chongqing. In addition, the two sides will jointly build a "Smart Liangjiang New Area" featuring smart mobile policing,smart medical health platform, smart education platform, and“Fingertip Government Administrating” service platform.

The Cotton Seeds of Chongqing University Sprout on the Moon

On January 15th, Chongqing University announced that the first plant shoot germinated on the far side of moon on January 5, which was led by the school and amid the bio-science experimental load carried by Chang’e-4 lander on the far side of the moon. This is the first time that human beings have successfully carried out biological growth tests on the moon, blazing a way for a research foundation and providing experience for human beings to establish a lunar base in the future, which is of utmost significance.

The Fifth Brigade of Experts from Army Medical University Went to Aid Ethiopia

On January 14, the fifth batch of military medical experts from the Army Medical University officially went to aid Ethiopia. This is the fifth Ethiopian medical assistance work undertaken by the Army Medical University. The military medical expert group, based in Xinqiao Hospital, will travel to the Ethiopian capital of Addis Ababa to carry out a one-year aid at the Ethiopian National Defense General Hospital to improve local health care.

Western Agricultural Trade Fair Becomes an Important “The Belt and Road”Agricultural Cooperation Display Platform

Chongqing-Myanmar Mandalay Direct Flight Route Opened

On January 11, the Chongqing-Mandalay direct route was officially opened. This is also the first international route opened by Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport in 2019. Up to now, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport has opened 83 international routes, including 74 direct flights, 62 navigation cities and 27 navigational countries.

Germany STS Electric Logistics Vehicle Production Project Settled in Chongqing

On January 10, at the signing ceremony of the investment promotion project in the first quarter of 2019 held in Yongchuan District, the intelligent manufacturing new energy automobile project jointly established by China Communications Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and the German Streetscooter Company was officially signed and settled in Yongchuan, which also marked the first complete vehicle production project of Germany STS electric logistics vehicle in China. The total investment of the project amounts to 3.84 billion yuan, divided into two phases: STS electric logistics vehicle and e.GO electric passenger vehicle.

Chongqing International Medical Innovation Center Put into Operation

On January 10th, the International Advanced Medical Technology Innovation Summit and Chongqing International Medical Innovation Center held an opening ceremony, and the Chongqing International Medical Innovation Center officially launched its operation. At the same time, the Center signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the world's second-ranked Cleveland Hospital Innovation Center to promote the development of internationally advanced medical innovation projects. Chongqing Port Traffic Volume lncreased by 200% in 5 years

On January 9, Chongqing General Station of Exit-Entry Border Inspection reported that in the past five years, the port traffic of Chongqing Port has risen by 200%. In all,there were more than 22,000 inbound and outbound flights,a year-on-year increase of 17.21%. In terms of personnel categories, the number of foreigners increased by 17.25%in 2018, and the number of inbound and outbound mainland residents increased by 13.38%. For the first time, the increase in the number of foreigners entering and leaving the country exceeded that of mainland residents. In 2013, the entry and exit flow of Chongqing Port exceeded 1 million for the first time, and by December 2018, the figure exceeded 3 million.The growth rate reached 200% within the past 5 years.

Chongqing lntangible Heritage Products, the Spotlight at the 17th Hong Kong lnternational Licensing Exhibition

From January 7th to 9th, the 17th Hong Kong International Licensing Exhibition was held, attracting more than 400 companies from 14 countries and regions to attend,bringing together more than 1,000 brands and authorized projects. Chongqing's Frst Batch of Cross-border E-commerce Retail Export Goods were Smoothly Cleared

According to the Chongqing Customs, on January 8,731 items for household appliances, decorations and other commodities, having been declared exports through the cross-border e-commerce export unified version of the system, were bound for Hungary after the clearance of Yuzhou Customs(of the Chongqing Customs) in the early morning of January 8th from Horgos port. This marks the official opening of Chongqing's cross-border e-commerce retail export business, and a full coverage of Chongqing Customs' crossborder e-commerce direct purchase import and retail export business.
