摘? 要:習(xí)近平總書記在全國(guó)教育大會(huì)上強(qiáng)調(diào)了勞動(dòng)教育的重要作用,確立了德智體美勞五育并舉的教育格局。農(nóng)科院校要深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到,勞動(dòng)教育有利于農(nóng)科大學(xué)生形成正確的價(jià)值觀念,是夯實(shí)農(nóng)科大學(xué)生專業(yè)知識(shí)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),是提高農(nóng)科大學(xué)生動(dòng)手能力的必要渠道,是強(qiáng)化農(nóng)科大學(xué)生思政教育的有力手段,是增強(qiáng)農(nóng)科大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的重要途徑,結(jié)合學(xué)校工作實(shí)際,從立德樹人的高度,切實(shí)加強(qiáng)勞動(dòng)教育。

Abstract: General secretary Xi Jinping stressed the important role of labor education at the national education conference, and established the education pattern that combined moral, intellectual, physical, physical, and aesthetic educations. Agricultural colleges and universities must deeply realize that labor education is helpful for agricultural college students to establish correct values, a key link in the process of strengthening students' professional knowledge, the necessary channel to improve students' practical ability, the powerful tool for the strengthening of students' political education education, and an important approach to enhance agricultural college students' comprehensive quality. So the colleges and universities should strengthen the labor education in combination of reality of school work, taking high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task.

習(xí)近平總書記在全國(guó)教育大會(huì)上強(qiáng)調(diào),要堅(jiān)持中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義教育發(fā)展道路,培養(yǎng)德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者和接班人,要在學(xué)生中弘揚(yáng)勞動(dòng)精神,教育引導(dǎo)學(xué)生崇尚勞動(dòng)、尊重勞動(dòng),懂得勞動(dòng)最光榮、勞動(dòng)最崇高、勞動(dòng)最偉大、勞動(dòng)最美麗的道理,長(zhǎng)大后能夠辛勤勞動(dòng)、誠(chéng)實(shí)勞動(dòng)、創(chuàng)造性勞動(dòng)。把勞動(dòng)教育納入社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者和接班人的要求中,提出“德智體美勞”的總要求,更加突顯了勞動(dòng)教育的重要性,農(nóng)科院校要進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)到勞動(dòng)教育是所有教育的基礎(chǔ),沒有勞動(dòng)就沒有教育,要結(jié)合自身實(shí)際,采取有效措施,切實(shí)加強(qiáng)勞動(dòng)教育。
一、勞動(dòng)教育有利于農(nóng)科大學(xué)生形成正確的價(jià)值觀念
當(dāng)前社會(huì),存在著一些不良的風(fēng)氣和亂象,給大學(xué)生的價(jià)值觀帶來(lái)很大的沖擊。而大學(xué)生的價(jià)值觀還沒有牢固形成,很容易被這些不良風(fēng)氣所侵蝕,導(dǎo)致一些大學(xué)生政治信仰模糊,功利意識(shí)嚴(yán)重;價(jià)值取向扭曲,重物質(zhì)利益輕無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn),重等價(jià)交換輕愛心付出,重個(gè)人享受輕吃苦耐勞;助長(zhǎng)了大學(xué)生好逸惡勞、拜金主義、享樂(lè)主義和極端個(gè)人主義的思想。……
