乳酸菌陰道膠囊聯合小劑量甲硝唑對中晚期妊娠滴蟲性陰道炎婦女陰道菌群的調節作用分析

【摘要】 目的：分析乳酸菌陰道膠囊聯合小劑量甲硝唑對中晚期妊娠滴蟲性陰道炎婦女陰道菌群的調節作用。方法：選取2016年11月-2018年9月筆者所在醫院收入的94例中晚期妊娠滴蟲性陰道炎患者作為本次研究對象，按照抽簽的方式分為對照組（47例）和研究組（47例），對照組患者接受小劑量甲硝唑治療，研究組患者采用乳酸菌陰道膠囊聯合小劑量甲硝唑治療，對兩組患者H2O2陽性率、陰道乳酸菌檢出率及綜合治療效果進行對比分析。結果：研究組患者H2O2陽性率及陰道乳酸菌檢出率均高于對照組，研究組總有效率高于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。

結論：乳酸菌陰道膠囊聯合小劑量甲硝唑對中晚期妊娠滴蟲性陰道炎婦女能夠提升陰道乳酸菌的活性并且增加其數量，使陰道菌群的紊亂情況得到有效糾正，臨床治療效果顯著良好，可在臨床上推廣應用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the regulating effect of Lactic Acid Bacteria Vaginal Capsule combined with small dose Metronidazole on the vaginal flora of women with trichomoniasis vaginitis in middle and late pregnancy.Method：From November 2016 to September 2018，94 cases of middle and late-stage pregnancy and trichomonas vaginitis from the hospital income in the our hospital were selected as the subject of this study，according to the lottery they were divided into control group（47 cases） and group（47 cases）.The patients in the control group were treated with low dose Metronidazole，while the patients in the study group were treated with Lactic Acid Bacteria Vaginal Capsule combined with low dose metronidazole.The positive rate of H2O2，the detection rate of vaginal lactic acid bacteria and the effect of comprehensive treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Result：The positive rate of H2O2 and the detection rate of lactobacillus vaginalis in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05），and the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Lactic Acid Bacteria Vaginal Capsule combined with small dose metronidazole can enhance the activity of vaginal lactic acid bacteria and increase the number of women with trichomoniasis vaginitis in the middle and late pregnancy，so that the disorder of vaginal flora can be effectively corrected，and the clinical treatment effect is significant and good，which can be promoted in clinical application.
