人血白蛋白聯合中藥治療卵巢過度刺激綜合征患者的療效觀察

摘要：目的? 觀察人血白蛋白聯合中藥治療卵巢過度刺激綜合征患者的療效觀察。方法? 選擇我院2017年2月～2018年8月收治的74例卵巢過度刺激綜合征患者為研究對象，給予中西醫結合治療，觀察患者腹圍、卵巢最大直徑、體重改善情況、療效及中醫癥候評分。結果? 治療后患者腹圍（76.19±4.01）cm、卵巢最大直徑（75.61±19.82）cm、體重（56.30±1.02）kg，均較治療前改善（85.24±2.18）cm、（99.27±22.10）cm、（60.83±1.10）kg，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。74例卵巢過度刺激綜合征患者中，治療后痊愈68例（91.89%），好轉6例（8.11%）。治療前患者肢體腫脹、納差、面色黃白、小便量少、腹部膨滿中醫癥候評分均較高，治療后評分較低，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論? 臨床采用人血白蛋白聯合中藥治療卵巢過度刺激綜合征，可改善患者腹圍、卵巢最大直徑、體重，改善患者癥狀，降低中醫癥候評分，有一定的應用價值。

Abstract：Objective? To observe the therapeutic effect of human serum albumin combined with traditional Chinese medicine on patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Methods? A total of 74 patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study. The patients were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. The abdominal diameter， ovary maximum diameter， weight improvement， curative effect and TCM symptoms were observed. score. Results? After treatment， the abdominal circumference （76.19±4.01） cm， the largest diameter of ovary （75.61±19.82） cm， and the body weight （56.30±1.02） kg were improved （85.24±2.18） cm， （99.27±22.10） cm. （60.83±1.10） kg， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Of the 74 patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome， 68 （91.89%） recovered after treatment and 6 （8.11%） improved. Before treatment， the patient's limb swelling， anorexia， yellowish white， low urine volume， abdominal distension and TCM symptom scores were higher， and the score after treatment was lower， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion? The clinical application of human serum albumin combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome can improve the abdominal circumference， maximum diameter and weight of the ovary， improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the score of TCM. It has certain application value.

卵巢過度刺激綜合征（ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome，OHSS）是體外受孕輔助生育的常見并發癥，其高危因素包括機體處于早孕期時內源性HCG分泌水平較高、使用HCG促排卵治療等，主要表現為卵巢囊性增大，誘發機體毛細血管通透性增加，組織間隙中體液積聚后導致水腫表現，患者伴隨胃脹、腹痛等癥狀[1，2];部分病情嚴重患者可能出現危及生命的并發癥，目前臨床尚無特異性治療方法，多以醫師經驗性對癥治療為主[3]。本研究選擇我院收治的74例卵巢過度刺激綜合征患者，采用人血白蛋白聯合中藥治療，療效較好，現報道如下。

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料? 選取2017年2月～2018年8月綿陽市中醫醫院收治的74例卵巢過度刺激綜合征患者作為研究對象，本研究獲得醫院醫學倫理委員會批準，患者對研究知情同意并簽署知情同意書。納入標準：①患者均符合《中醫婦科學》中醫診斷標準[4];②研究期間患者未服用其它藥物;③患者精神正常，可配合完成研究。排除標準：①同時合并其它器質性器官病變患者;②對已知中藥成分過敏患者;③卵巢其它病變患者。……
