“一院兩區”過渡期消毒供應中心管理體系構建研究

摘要：消毒供應中心（CSSD）是承擔全院各科室可重復使用的診療器械、器具和物品清洗、消毒及無菌物品供應的部門，是預防醫院感染控制的關鍵場所，一院兩區的發展現狀，CSSD服務模式亦隨之延伸，管理體系將不斷完善。在新院區CSSD未成立之際，如何在新形勢下貫徹落實好CSSD三項行業標準，如何做好兩院區的集中供應，為醫療安全保架護航，為新院臨床科室做好服務，為患者提供優質護理，為了讓患者的治療措施得到保障，從傳統的管理模式，轉變為一院兩區消毒供應管理模式，我科探討一種安全、快捷、經濟、高效的一院兩區消毒供應服務管理體系，以期達到兩院區協同運營，從外部運送管理體系的構建，到內部管理體系的延伸，整合資源，最大化節約成本效益，科學、合理、規范、嚴格控制醫院感染的管理方法進行研究，為一院兩區過渡期及社區消毒供應服務提供參考。

Abstract：The Disinfection Supply Center （CSSD） is a department that undertakes the reusable cleaning， disinfection and supply of sterile instruments for instruments， utensils and articles in all departments of the hospital. It is a key place for prevention of hospital infection control， and the development status of the two districts. The CSSD service model will also be extended， and the management system will continue to improve. When the CSSD of the new hospital district is not established， how to implement the three industry standards of CSSD under the new situation， how to do a good job of centralized supply in the two hospital districts， escort for medical safety， and provide services for the clinical departments of the new hospital. To provide patients with quality care， in order to ensure the patient's treatment measures， from the traditional management mode to a hospital two-zone disinfection supply management model， our department explores a safe， fast， economical and efficient one-room and two-zone disinfection Supply service management system， in order to achieve the coordinated operation of the two hospitals， from the construction of the external transportation management system， to the extension of the internal management system， the integration of resources， to maximize cost-effectiveness， scientific， rational， standardized， strict control of hospital infection management methods conduct research to provide reference for the transition period of one hospital and two districts and community disinfection supply services.

贛南醫學院第一附屬醫院是一所集醫療、教學、科研、保健為一體的大型綜合性三級甲等醫院，2017年12月“一院兩區”管理模式正式啟動，醫院現有黃金（新院）、章貢（老院）兩大院區，“一院兩區”發展消毒供應中心（CSSD）同樣面臨著考驗和挑戰。在新院區CSSD尚未成立之際，如何在新形勢下貫徹落實好CSSD三項行業標準，為醫療安全保架護航，為新院臨床科室做好服務保障，為患者提供優質護理，是我院CSSD值得深思的戰略方針。……
