汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)節(jié)油新方法

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)是汽車的心臟,也是整個(gè)汽車節(jié)油的重要環(huán)節(jié)。在過(guò)去節(jié)油基本都是從發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的其他環(huán)節(jié)考慮如何進(jìn)行節(jié)油,忽略了點(diǎn)火這一個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。傳統(tǒng)的點(diǎn)火方式不僅僅是難以實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)油,并且其還可能產(chǎn)生爆燃對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)帶來(lái)?yè)p害。為此,在文中對(duì)汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析,并介紹了一種點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)節(jié)油的新方法,該方法可以有效地保護(hù)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),并且還有著良好的節(jié)油效果,可以有效增加汽車?yán)m(xù)航里程。

汽油在汽缸中燃燒產(chǎn)生動(dòng)力使汽車運(yùn)行,傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)一個(gè)汽缸只有一個(gè)火花塞(如圖1所示),一個(gè)火花塞在點(diǎn)燃汽油燃燒速度逐步增大,燃燒的汽油越來(lái)越猛烈,在汽缸壁上來(lái)回振蕩,最后會(huì)產(chǎn)生爆燃?xì)陌l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),由此該發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)必要裝爆燃感知器,使爆燃將要產(chǎn)生時(shí)打開(kāi)排氣閥門,使燃爆消失,保證發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)正常運(yùn)行,也大大節(jié)省了油料的消費(fèi)。如果我們使用(3、4…N)個(gè)火花塞來(lái)點(diǎn)燃汽油又是一種什么情況呢(如圖2所示)? 四個(gè)火花塞同時(shí)點(diǎn)燃缸內(nèi)的汽油為例,從四面點(diǎn)燃的汽油就不會(huì)來(lái)回振蕩,而是在中心點(diǎn)會(huì)合抵消一部分能量,注意是在一個(gè)密封的容器里燃燒的能量不會(huì)消失,而是增加了推動(dòng)活塞做功的能力,使活塞運(yùn)動(dòng)的速度更快,雖然也有爆燃的可能性,由于活塞運(yùn)動(dòng)速度加快也能迅速及時(shí)打開(kāi)排氣閥門,使爆燃產(chǎn)生條件消失,保證發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)正常的使用,但4個(gè)火花塞從四面點(diǎn)火使點(diǎn)火速度快了四倍,功率是功除以時(shí)間,時(shí)間少用了,在汽油不增加的情況下少用了四分之三的時(shí)間,從而保證了功率增加了4倍,也就是說(shuō)一箱油跑500公里的汽車在改裝了4個(gè)火花塞后原理上可以跑2000公里,由于各種未知原因跑了1200公里是絕對(duì)沒(méi)有問(wèn)題的。

New method for fuel saving of automobile engine ignition system

Engine is the heart of automobile, and it is also an important link of fuel saving for the whole automobile. In the past, fuel saving was basically considered from other aspects of the engine, ignoring the ignition as a key link. The traditional ignition method is not only difficult to achieve fuel saving, but also may cause detonation damage to the engine. In this paper, the ignition system of automobile engine is analyzed, and a new fuel-saving method of ignition system is introduced. This method can effectively protect the engine, and has a good fuel-saving effect, which can effectively increase the vehicle range.
