[摘要] 目的 探究在老年病房護理安全管理中精細化管理的應用價值。方法 此次128例研究對象是2018年5月—2019年5月該院老年病科收治的老年患者,利用系統抽樣法隨機分成各64例研究組和常規組,給予研究組應用精細化管理,給予常規組應用傳統護理管理,比較兩組患者住院期間的護患糾紛發生率、護理差錯發生率以及患者對護理的滿意度。結果 研究組患者護患糾紛發生率為0.00%、低于常規組的6.25%;護理差錯發生率為1.56%,低于常規組患者的10.94%;護理滿意度為95.31%,高于常規組患者的84.38%,組間差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 在老年病房護理安全管理中應用精細化管理,能提升護理質量,改善護理滿意度,臨床應用價值較高。

Analysis of the Application Value of Refined Management in Nursing Safety Management of Geriatric Ward

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of fine management in nursing safety management in geriatric ward. Methods The 128 patients studied were elderly patients admitted to the geriatrics department of the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019. They were randomly divided into 64 cases in the study group and routine group by systematic sampling method. The conventional group was given traditional nursing management, and the incidence of nursing disputes, nursing errors, and patient satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the study group was 0.00%, which was lower than 6.25% in the conventional group. The incidence of nursing errors was 1.56%, lower than 10.94% in the conventional group. The nursing satisfaction was 95.31%, which was higher than 84.38% in the conventional group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of refined management in the nursing safety management of geriatric ward can improve the quality of nursing, improve the satisfaction of nursing, and have higher clinical application value.

老年患者一般存在病情急、病種多等特點,對護理的要求較高,需要護理人員具備精湛的護理能力、扎實的專業知識,還要具備良好的服務意識,才能保證護理質量,確保住院安全。但是以往的護理中不僅護理行為過于被動,護理內容也過于籠統,無法滿足老年患者的需求,因此要增加護理的多元化、精細化、個性化[1]。精細化管理屬于創新性的管理模式,在管理中能精細化到每一個細節,進而提高工作效率和執行力[2]。此次該院將其應用到老年病房護理安全管理中,為了深入探究應用價值而展開研究,現分析2018年5月—2019年5月間該院老年病科收治的128例老年患者的臨床資料,報道如下。
