安全管理在兒科護(hù)理管理中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值

[摘要] 目的 探討安全管理在兒科護(hù)理管理中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 該組研究納入在該院兒科收治的100例患兒，病例資料選取時(shí)間從2018年3月—2019年3月，將所有患兒按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成兩組。對(duì)照組50例患兒實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，而研究組50例患兒實(shí)施安全管理，對(duì)比兩組的護(hù)理糾紛發(fā)生率和患兒家長(zhǎng)的護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果 研究組患兒的護(hù)理糾紛發(fā)生率為2.00%，明顯低于對(duì)照組的發(fā)生率14.00%（χ2=4.891，P=0.026<0.05）。研究組患兒家長(zhǎng)的護(hù)理滿意度為98.00%，明顯高于對(duì)照組（84.00%），組間對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（χ2=5.982，P=0.014<0.05）。結(jié)論 安全管理應(yīng)用于兒科護(hù)理管理中有助于降低護(hù)理糾紛發(fā)生率，提高患兒家長(zhǎng)的護(hù)理滿意度，值得在臨床上進(jìn)行深入研究和推廣。

Application Value of Safety Management in Pediatric Nursing Management

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of safety management in pediatric nursing management. Methods A total of 100 children admitted to the pediatric department of the hospital were included in this study. The case data were selected from March 2018 to March 2019. All children were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 5 children in the control group were given routine nursing care， while 50 children in the study group were given safety management. The incidence of nursing disputes and the nursing satisfaction of the parents of the children were compared. Results The incidence of nursing disputes among children in the study group was 2.00%， which was significantly lower than the incidence of 14.00% in the control group（χ2= 4.891，P=0.026<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the parents of children in the study group was 98.00%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group （84.00%）. The differece between the groups was statistically significant（χ2=5.982，P=0.014<0.05）. Conclusion The application of safety management in pediatric nursing management can help reduce the incidence of nursing disputes and improve the nursing satisfaction of children's parents. It is worthy of in-depth clinical research and promotion.

隨著現(xiàn)代人們生活水平的不斷提升，臨床對(duì)于護(hù)理服務(wù)的要求也不斷提高，而以往的常規(guī)護(hù)理往往難以滿足人們的護(hù)理需求[1]。特別是在兒科護(hù)理工作中，由于患兒的年齡偏小，機(jī)體免疫力低下，自控能力較低，因此在護(hù)理工作中發(fā)生安全事故和護(hù)理糾紛事件的概率較高[2]。因此為了進(jìn)一步減少護(hù)理安全事故的發(fā)生概率，醫(yī)院在兒科護(hù)理管理中加強(qiáng)安全管理工作，通過(guò)加強(qiáng)護(hù)理人員和家長(zhǎng)的安全意識(shí)，做好教育培訓(xùn)，加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管力度，從而提高醫(yī)院的護(hù)理水平[3]。該研究以2018年3月—2019年3月期間該院兒科收治的100例兒科患兒為例，就安全管理工作在兒科護(hù)理管理中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值做深入的探討，具體研究?jī)?nèi)容報(bào)道如下。

1? 資料與方法

1.1? 一般資料

將該院兒科收治的100例患兒納入該組研究中，將所有患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成兩組。對(duì)照組50例中，男性患兒25例，女性患兒25例;年齡5個(gè)月～10歲，平均年齡（5.21±1.04）歲;住院時(shí)間3～22 d，平均住院時(shí)間為（12.32±2.18）d。……
