危重患者的透析護理安全管理策略

[摘要] 血液透析是尿毒癥患者維持生命的重要治療手段，更是危重患者急診急救的重要手段之一。而護理安全管理工作是護理人員在日常護理工作中一項基本的安全防護措施，用于透析患者日常護理工作中，可以提高透析護理服務(wù)質(zhì)量。對于發(fā)病急、病情重的危重患者而言，通過提升醫(yī)護人員的專業(yè)水平和綜合素質(zhì)，加強對患者的護理安全管理，可以在提高護理質(zhì)量及內(nèi)涵的同時降低醫(yī)療、護理糾紛事件的發(fā)生。該文就如何加強危重患者的透析安全管理進行相關(guān)敘述，為臨床透析工作者提供參考。

Dialysis Nursing Safety Management Strategy for Critical Patients

[Abstract] Hemodialysis is an important treatment method for the maintenance of life in patients with uremia， and it is also one of the important means of emergency treatment for critical patients. Nursing safety management is a basic safety protection measure for nursing staff in daily nursing work. It is used in daily nursing work for dialysis patients and can improve the quality of nursing services. For critically ill patients with acute onset and severe illness， by improving the professional level and comprehensive quality of medical staff and strengthening the management of nursing safety of patients， it is possible to improve the quality and connotation of nursing while reducing the occurrence of medical and nursing disputes. Therefore， this article describes how to strengthen the dialysis safety management of critically ill patients， and provides a reference for clinical dialysis workers.

血液透析顧名思義是一種血液凈化技術(shù)[1]，通過彌散對流的方式將人體內(nèi)血液內(nèi)多余的代謝產(chǎn)物和電解質(zhì)排除體外，以維持人體的酸堿平衡，糾正水電解質(zhì)紊亂的現(xiàn)象，其主要適用于因各種因素導(dǎo)致的腎功能衰竭的患者[2]。而危重患者以其生命體征不穩(wěn)定，病情變化較快為主要特點，在針對該類患者的透析過程中，易產(chǎn)生各類安全隱患問題威脅患者和護理工作者的健康與安全，在患者進行透析的過程中需加強安全管理[3]。因此，該文就如何加強危重患者的透析護理安全進行敘述，總結(jié)透析過程可能存在的安全隱患，提出相關(guān)的管理策略，為臨床工作者提供參考。
