[摘要] 目的 探討案例教學法(Case-Based Learning,CBL)教學模式在神經內科臨床帶教中的臨床應用效果。方法 以2017年12月—2018年12月在該院神經內科實習的40名學生作為研究對象,按照帶教方法的不同進行分類:對照組(n=20,采用傳統帶教法),觀察組(n=20,采用CBL教學法),對比兩組最終的教學效果。結果 觀察組實習生理論成績(95.78±4.51)分、操作技能(92.93±3.11)分均顯著高于對照組實習生的(82.33±4.04)分和(80.48±3.25)分;觀察組實習生學習興趣、分析能力、創新能力、表達能力以及解決問題能力的評分均顯著高于對照組;觀察組實習生對教學總滿意度100.00%顯著高于對照組實習生對教學總滿意度65.00%(P<0.05)。結論 神經內科臨床帶教中采用CBL教學模式取得了顯著的效果,提高了實習生的理論和操作的考核成績,提升了其綜合能力,顯著提高教學的滿意度。

Application Effect of CBL Teaching Mode in Clinical Teaching of Neurology

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical application effect of Case-Based Learning (CBL) teaching mode in clinical teaching of neurology. Methods 40 students from December 2017 to December 2018 in the Department of Neurology in the hospital were used as research objects. They were classified according to different teaching methods: control group(n=20, using traditional teaching method), and observation group(n=20, using the CBL teaching method), comparing the final teaching effects of the two groups. Results The theoretical scores(95.78±4.51)points and operating skills(92.93±3.11)points of the observation group interns were significantly higher than the (82.33±4.04)points and (80.48±3.25)points of the control group interns; the observation group interns learning of interest, analytical ability, innovation ability, expression ability and problem-solving ability were significantly higher than those of the control group; the total satisfaction rate of the trainees in the observation group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 65%,(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of CBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of neurology has achieved significant results, improved the theoretical and operational assessment results of interns, improved their comprehensive ability, significantly improved teaching satisfaction.

神經內科是一所醫院的重要組成部門之一,神經內科自身具有較強的復雜性,所以對實習生的臨床技能要求較高,不僅要求其能高效地結合理論學習知識和實際診斷操作,還要具備應急處理和較強的分析思維[1]。傳統的教學模式,往往只側重于灌輸式教學,而忽略了對實踐操作的培訓,已逐漸被臨床所淘汰。案例教學法(CBL)作為一種新型的帶教方法,其更加注重學生在學習期間的個人表現,充分發揮其主觀能動性[2]。該研究對在2017年12月—2018年12月在該院神經內科實習的40名學生進行研究,采用CBL教學取得了良好的臨床效果,報道如下。
