以“十九大精神”為指導(dǎo)的護(hù)理教研工作現(xiàn)狀分析

[摘要] 目的 了解以十九大精神為指導(dǎo)的護(hù)理教學(xué)科研開展現(xiàn)狀，為進(jìn)一步在護(hù)理隊(duì)伍中深入貫徹十九大精神，并以十九大精神為指導(dǎo)更好地開展護(hù)理教研工作。方法 調(diào)查云南省第二人民醫(yī)院護(hù)理學(xué)教研室2017年1月—2018年12月的護(hù)理教研工作現(xiàn)狀，并進(jìn)行整理、分析描述。結(jié)果 在十九大精神的指導(dǎo)下該院護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生總?cè)藬?shù)增長93人，本科實(shí)習(xí)生人數(shù)占比提高7.6%，針刺傷發(fā)生率降低1.7%，課堂教學(xué)課時(shí)數(shù)增加1 112學(xué)時(shí)，護(hù)理人員論文發(fā)表數(shù)量增加79篇，專著發(fā)表增加3部，科研立項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目增加3項(xiàng)。結(jié)論 在該院深入貫徹十九大精神后，護(hù)理教研工作百花齊放，護(hù)理人員仁心仁術(shù)，護(hù)理質(zhì)量顯著提升，有利于和諧醫(yī)院的構(gòu)建、有助于和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)。

Analysis of the Status of Nursing Teaching and Research Work Guided by the Spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

[Abstract] Objective To understand the current status of the development of nursing teaching and research under the guidance of the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China， in order to further implement the spirit of the Nineteenth Congress in the nursing team， and to better carry out the teaching and research of nursing under the guidance of the spirit of the Nineteenth Congress. Methods The nursing teaching and research department of the Second People's Hospital of Yunnan Province was investigated from January 2017 to December 2018， and the status was summarized， analyzed and described. Results Under the guidance of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China， the total number of nursing interns in our hospital increased by 93， the proportion of undergraduate interns increased by 7.6%， the incidence of acupuncture injuries decreased by 1.7%， the number of classroom teaching hours increased by 1112 hours， and the nursing staff thesis of the number of publications increased by 79， the number of monographs increased by 3， and the number of scientific research projects increased by 3. Conclusion After the implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in our hospital， the nursing teaching and research work has been in full swing， the nursing staff has shown great wisdom and care， and the quality of nursing has been significantly improved， which is conducive to the construction of a harmonious hospital and a harmonious society.

隨著十九大的勝利召開，新時(shí)代中國人民的需要已發(fā)生改變，人民的需要不再是對(duì)物質(zhì)文化的需要，而已轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷?duì)美好生活的需要，而對(duì)美好生活的需要也體現(xiàn)在人們對(duì)健康的需要[1]。十九大報(bào)告及“健康中國戰(zhàn)略”把人民健康放在了至關(guān)重要的位置[2]，這表明了黨對(duì)人民健康的關(guān)注達(dá)到了新的高度。在醫(yī)院黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，云南省第二人民醫(yī)院護(hù)理學(xué)教研室堅(jiān)持把學(xué)習(xí)十九大精神作為重要政治任務(wù)，統(tǒng)一思想，緊密圍繞健康中國戰(zhàn)略，繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院管理，改進(jìn)護(hù)理安全管理，不斷提升護(hù)理教研質(zhì)量，把黨的十九大精神落實(shí)到推進(jìn)護(hù)理行業(yè)發(fā)展的全過程。……
