東盟博覽會商務綜合體位于南寧國際會展中心南側，包含辦公、酒店、商業等主要設施，全方位服務于東盟博覽會的籌備和舉辦，總建筑面積160,000m2。建筑整體造型采用繁花似錦的設計理念，辦公和酒店塔樓東西對稱布置于會展中心南北主軸線上，與北端主場館“朱瑾花廳”形成“首尾協調、花繁葉茂”之態勢。地塊西側的商業建筑依山就勢呈階梯狀布局，大面積觀景平臺充分契合了當地的氣候條件，生動地體現了建筑“從自然中生長出來”的綠色主題意境。建筑外部形態由張拉膜和玻璃組合是一大創舉，并十分有利于建筑的夜景燈光表現，也是國內首個大規模用于高層建筑的案例。將外部形態植入室內也是設計的主要特色，建筑造型元素在內部得以再現，與外部形態相得益彰，凸顯東盟建筑元素及廣西地域民族特色。

The project is situated in plot in the south of Nanning International convention centre, including commercial, office and hotel with a total floor area of 160,000m2. It is specially designed to prepare for and hold the event of China-ASEAN EXPO. The design concept is Blooming Flower, It echoes with the China Rose Hall (the symbol of the city) on the axis of the expo on the other end. Following natural geography is another feature of the project. The commercial building in the west is designed as if it grows from the ground. A large observatory platform extending from the commercial space greatly promotes use value under local climate. The highlight of the design is the combination of tension membrane and glass wall which fully accords to the design concept and characteristic. It is used for the first time on high rise building in China. Architectural elements reappear in interior design, displaying Guangxi ethnic minority characteristics in a flourishing scene of prosperity.
