[Abstract] Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the nursing care of the newborn with the help of music. Methods: A total of 100 newborns born in our hospital from March 2018 to may 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were given music nursing on the basis of touch nursing. The indexes of transcutaneous jaundice, the time of first defecation and the time of turning yellow of fetal stool were compared before and after nursing. The incidence of hyperbilirubinemia and the incidence of crying of newborns in the first, third and fifth days after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the index of neonatal transcutaneous jaundice in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the first defecation time and the time of turning fetal stool yellow were shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia in the observation group and the crying rate of newborn one day after nursing were lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant There was no significant difference in the incidence of crying between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The development of music combined with the nursing care of first pitching and then supine position is beneficial to improve the jaundice index of the newborn, reduce the incidence of crying and hyperbilirubinemia, and have a positive impact on the healthy growth and normal development of the newborn. Therefore, this nursing mode is worth promoting in clinical practice.
