[摘要] 目的 探討基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺(tái)的PBL教學(xué)交互模式在手術(shù)室護(hù)理本科臨床教學(xué)中運(yùn)用效果。方法 選擇2018年6月—2019年8月來該院手術(shù)室實(shí)習(xí)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的100名護(hù)生作為研究對象,隨機(jī)分組的方法分為觀察組和對照組兩組,每組50名。對照組護(hù)生采取傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法教學(xué),觀察組護(hù)生采用基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺(tái)的PBL教學(xué)交互模式教學(xué)。比較兩組護(hù)生理論及實(shí)踐操作考核成績、臨床能力變化情況。結(jié)果 實(shí)習(xí)前,兩組護(hù)理論及實(shí)踐操作考核成績、臨床能力比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05);實(shí)習(xí)后,觀察組護(hù)生理論與實(shí)踐技能考核成績、臨床能力明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺(tái)的PBL教學(xué)交互模式在手術(shù)室護(hù)理本科臨床教學(xué)中運(yùn)用,能夠提高護(hù)生理論和實(shí)踐操作水平及臨床能力。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching interactive mode based on network information platform in clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing in operating room. Methods From June 2018 to August 2019, 100 nursing students who came to our hospital's operating room to meet the standards were selected as the research objects. The method of random grouping was divided into observation group and control group, each group had 50 people. The nursing students in the control group took traditional teaching methods, and the nursing students in the observation group used PBL teaching interactive mode based on the network information platform. The theoretical and practical assessment results and clinical ability of the two groups of nursing students were compared. Results Before the internship, there was no significant difference in the theoretical and practical assessment results and clinical abilities of the two groups(P>0.05). After the internship, the theoretical and practical skills assessment results and clinical abilities of the observation group were significantly better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the PBL teaching interactive mode based on the network information platform in the clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing in the operating room can improve the theoretical and practical operation level and clinical ability of nursing students.

隨著外科技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,手術(shù)室工作需要多學(xué)科合作,具有很強(qiáng)的專業(yè)性和不斷發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),這就要求手術(shù)護(hù)士應(yīng)具有良好的評判性思維能力和臨床能力。護(hù)理本科生作為未來護(hù)理工作的中堅(jiān)力量,如何使新入職護(hù)士快速掌握手術(shù)護(hù)理工作及技巧是許多教學(xué)醫(yī)院面臨的難題[1]。以問題為基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)習(xí),簡稱PBL(problem-based learning)是目前國際上較為流行的一種教學(xué)方法[2]。但是由于受到我國國情和當(dāng)前醫(yī)學(xué)模式的限制,PBL教學(xué)方法設(shè)計(jì)仍拘泥于傳統(tǒng)教育方法,受到時(shí)間和空間的局限,達(dá)不到預(yù)期的教學(xué)目標(biāo)。隨著科技的進(jìn)步和信息化社會(huì)的到來,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)成為了人們生活中不可缺少的一部分,如何將網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺(tái)融入到護(hù)理教學(xué)中,使得護(hù)理教學(xué)變得更加簡單化,互動(dòng)化,便利化,緊密化是我們該思考的問題。該研究2018年6月—2019年8月選擇100名護(hù)生作為研究對象,對其中的50名護(hù)生采用基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺(tái)的PBL教學(xué)交互模式教學(xué),取得滿意效果,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
