摘要? ? 以小麥為試材,在播種前用ZT-1豐抗素8 000倍液拌種,并于抽穗始期噴施處理,研究ZT-1豐抗素對小麥植株性狀、產量性狀及單位面積產量的影響。結果表明,拌種及噴施處理后,小麥株高比對照增高5.4 cm,增幅6.66%;植株抗倒伏性明顯提高;小穗數、穗粒數、穗粒重、穗長、千粒重提高;產量提高660.00 kg/hm2,增幅13.9%。由此表明,ZT-1豐抗素可以顯著提高小麥產量。

Abstract? ? Using wheat as test material, 8 000 times ZT-1 Abundant antibiotic was used for seed dressing before sowing, and spray treatment at the beginning of heading. The experiment was conducted to study the effects of ZT-1 Abundant antibiotic on plant traits, yield traits and yield per unit area of wheat. The results showed that after seed dressing and spraying treatment, the height of wheat plant increased by 5.4 cm and 6.66% compared with the control. The lodging resistance of plant improved obviously. The number of spikelets, grain number per spike, grain weight per spike, spike length and 1 000-grain weight increased, the yield increased by 660.00 kg/hm2, increasing by 13.9%. The results indicated that ZT-1 Abundant antibiotic could significantly increase the yield of wheat.

ZT-1豐抗素是從植物中提取的一種天然活性物質,無毒、無害、無污染、無殘留,成本低,作物易吸收,在促進作物生育、改善經濟性狀、提高產量、改進品質、協調群體結構、增強抗性等方面效果明顯[1]。陳淑艷等[2]試驗結果表明,苗期噴施ZT-1豐抗素,馬鈴薯植株生長健壯、抗病、抗倒、防早衰,增產增收效果明顯;邱? 艷等[3]對小麥、玉米、水稻、多種經濟作物采用ZT-1豐抗素浸種或浸種苗處理、開花前噴施處理,增產效果明顯;姜德君[4]在玉米三葉期和大喇叭口期進行噴施試驗,植株群體長勢好,光合能力強,且抗旱抗倒,果穗較對照粗大,籽粒飽滿,千粒重明顯提高,增產達8.6%;陳聘宇等[5]在春麥上應用,有增產作用;吳慶國等[6]對春小麥進行葉面噴施,增產效果明顯。為了探討ZT-1豐抗素對于朝陽地區主栽農作物小麥的增產效益,進行了田間試驗,以期為本地區及類似地區進一步推廣應用提供參考。
