70多名俊男美女，身著亮麗的運動服，通過視頻連線，在一名“黑衣教練”的示范下，背靠墻壁，緩緩抬起雙手，有節奏地做起了健身操。這是不久前重慶航空空中乘務部舉辦的一場“云上健身”活動。

像這樣的活動，重航空乘部團總支幾乎每個月都會舉辦一次，空乘部三分部的團支書朱蕓蕓是這些活動的組織者之一，她還是2019年度重慶航空優秀團干部。

More than 70 pretty boys and girls， dressed in sportswear， was standing against the wall and raising their hands doing settingup exercise following a "coach in black" in the window of video chat. This is a "cloud fitness" activity held by the Air Crew Department of Chongqing Airlines several days ago.

Activities like this are held almost once a month by the General League Branch of Air Crew Department of Chongqing Airlines. Zhu Yunyun， the League Secretary of the Third Division of Air Crew Department， is one of the organizers of such activities. She has been also rated as the 2019 Outstanding Cadre of Chongqing Airlines.

蹲點尋找“黑衣教練”Looking for the “Coach in Black”

為了辦好這些大大小小的活動，朱蕓蕓和團干們可花了不少心思。

“就拿這次‘云上健身’來說，找‘黑衣教練’就頗費周折?！痹谶@次活動的視頻里，這位健身教練身著黑色塑身衣，腳穿黑色運動鞋，頭戴黑色鴨舌帽，臉上也戴著黑色口罩，動作規范專業。不過朱蕓蕓透露了一個“小秘密”：“專業教練”其實就是空乘部的一名普通空乘。之所以用全套黑色裝扮讓她“武裝到牙齒”，就是刻意為了隱藏身份，免得讓學員們因教練的身份出戲。

事實上，尋找“黑衣教練”只是活動的一個備選方案。為了做好“云上健身”活動，朱蕓和其他團干部起初計劃邀請一名專業教練。

“后來，我們覺得還是在空乘部找一個教練更好，因為只有當過空乘，才能擬定更有針對性的健身計劃?！敝焓|蕓回憶，方案確定后，團干們開始輪流到公司健身房蹲點。

最終，司肖肖成為大家心目中的理想人選。她是重航空乘部的一名空乘，不僅喜歡健身，還擅長各種健身器械。

“今年受疫情影響，空乘人員工作量同比下降明顯，很多空乘都在家開啟了‘宅女’生活，不僅不利于身心健康，大家的交流也減少了。”朱蕓蕓坦言，舉行“云上健身”活動，不僅僅是為空乘身體健康著想，更重要的是為大家創造一個交流的空間，為即將到來的執飛高峰期做準備。

It takes Zhu Yunyun and her peers quite a lot of time to make preparations for these activities.

"Take this ’cloud fitness’ event as an example， it took some doing to find a’coach in black’." In the video， the fitness coach was in black shapewear， with black sports shoes on her feet， a black cap on her head， and a black mask on her face. Her movements were standardized and professional. Zhu Yunyun let us in on a little secret， the "professional coach" was actually a flight attendant of the Air Crew Department. And she was "armed to the teeth" with a full set of black costumes to hide her identity， in case that the trainees will distrust her.

In fact， looking for a "coach in black" is only a plan B for the event. To better organize the "cloud fitness" event， Zhu Yunyun and her cadres initially planned to invite a real professional coach.

"Later， we realized that it was better to find one within the department， because only a flight attendant could draw up more targeted fitness plans for us." Zhu Yunyun recalled that after the plan was finalized， the cadres began to take turns to stake out the company’s gym.

In the end， Si Xiaoxiao seemed an ideal candidate for most of them. She is an air hostesses of the department， who is not only fond of fitness， but also specializes in various equipment.

"The workload of flight attendants decreased significantly due to the epidemic this year. Many started their staycation， which is not only detrimental to their physical and mental health， but also reduces communication among them." Zhu Yunyun said that the "cloud fitness" activity was designed not only to keep the flight attendants healthy， but also to create a platform for communication and get them ready for the upcoming peak period of flying in the second half of the year.

參與、交流、合作Engagement， Exchange and Cooperation

每次舉辦活動，朱蕓蕓都很看重空乘們的參與度。為此，她總會吆喝著團支部成員參與，也練就了一身“拉客”的本領。

為了讓大家參與團支部的活動，朱蕓蕓說自己用盡了各種“坑蒙拐騙”手段。“‘拉客’不光是一張嘴的事情，更不是簡單粗暴地下命令。”朱蕓蕓有一套“拉客”的方法。

那些一直積極主動參加活動的空乘，被朱蕓蕓稱為“老客戶”。針對這群人，朱蕓蕓花的心思不算多，“他們對團支部很了解，會根據自己的興趣愛好參加活動。”

那些“想參加又害羞”的空乘，是朱蕓蕓“拉客”的重點。一般來說，朱蕓蕓會邀請他們組隊參加，“有朋友作伴，朋友鼓勵幾句，他們就有興趣了?！?/p>

為了“拉客”，朱蕓蕓不放過任何機會。有次執飛時，作為乘務長的朱蕓蕓看見了一個生面孔，便化身貼心姐姐跟她說：“妹妹，你可以多參加些團支部的活動?？梢哉J識很多有趣的朋友，對提升自己的能力也有好處。”

“這個辦法屢試不爽?！敝焓|蕓說，盡管“拉客”效果明顯，但要讓團員們對團支部產生黏性，關鍵在于了解團員們真實的需求。

在一次私下交流中，朱蕓蕓發現，她部門里的很多年輕人都喜歡玩密室逃脫。為此，朱蕓蕓策劃組織了一場在“密室逃脫”游戲室中的相親活動。

“那場活動，不僅避免了傳統相親活動的尷尬，大家玩得也很盡興?！敝焓|蕓回憶，盡管最后配對失敗，但反響卻很好。

和團員打成一片后，朱蕓蕓最大的收獲還是在航班上。過去，朱蕓蕓在與新空乘合作執飛時，心里總是沒底。

“熟識的人在一起工作，大家的狀態都會更放松，旅客也能感受到這種輕松的氛圍?！比缃?，朱蕓蕓在團支部活動中結識了很多年輕空乘，對她們的性格也很了解，大家合作起來也越來越輕松。

Every time an event is held， Zhu Yunyun cares much about the engagement of flight attendants. To this end， she always encourages members of the League branch to participate in， developing good"wooing" skills.

To get everyone involved in the activities， Zhu Yunyun said that she had a lot of pull. "’Wooing’ is not only a matter of opening one’s mouth， nor it means to give an order." Zhu Yunyun has a set of methods of her own to woo the members.

Those who have taken an active role in the activities are called "old customers" by Zhu Yunyun. For this group of people，Zhu Yunyun does not think much of them. "They know a lot about the League branch and will take part in activities in accordance with their interests and hobbies."

Those who "want to join but are shy" are the key target of Zhu Yunyun. Zhu Yunyun usually invite them to form a team to participate in an event， "They will be interested if they have friends to keep them company and encourage them."

She takes on every opportunity to"woo" participants. On one occasion， Zhu Yunyun， as the cabin crew chief， saw a new face. She then suggested her to"take part in more activities of the League branch to meet new， interesting friends， and it’ll be good for improving your ability."

"This is my time-tested method." said Zhu Yunyun. Though good results have been achieved in attracting participants， the key to keep them lies in understanding their real needs.

Zhu Yunyun found that many young members in her department are fans of the game "Escape the Room" when communicating with them in private. She then， for this reason， planned and organized a blind date in the game room of"Escape the Room".

"The event avoids awkward situations in traditional blind dates， and everyone has so much fun." Zhu Yunyun recalled that although no couple was generated， the event was well received.

After mingling with the league members， Zhu Yunyun’s biggest gain comes from the flight. In the past， when working with a new flight attendant for a flight， She always had a pit in her stomach.

"Each one of us will feel more relaxed working with those we know very well， and passengers can also feel the relaxed atmosphere." Zhu Yunyun has met many a young flight attendant in the activities of the League branch， and has gained a good understanding of their personalities. It is therefore much easier for she to collaborate with them.
