中國商飛上海飛機客戶支援與服務(wù)中心項目位于上海市閔行區(qū)紫竹科技園內(nèi),總用地面積12.6hm2,由ARJ-21 及C919 客戶中心、航材中心、快速響應(yīng)及技術(shù)出版物、交流中心及行政、科研辦公組成。其中ARJ-21 客戶中心配備5 臺(套)飛行訓(xùn)練模擬器,C919 客戶中心配備6 臺(套)飛行訓(xùn)練模擬器。全部工程分為3 期建成,總規(guī)模達到122,000m2。其中一期針對ARJ-21 的客戶服務(wù)中心及航材支援中心,是為ARJ 機型飛行員、空乘人員、機務(wù)人員提供全方位服務(wù)、訓(xùn)練的基地。
ARJ-21 飛機是我國第一款按照國際適航標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行研制和生產(chǎn)的、具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的新型渦扇支線飛機。
2020 年6 月28 日,3 架嶄新涂裝的國產(chǎn)新支線客機ARJ-21 在位于上海浦東的中國商用飛機有限責(zé)任公司總裝基地集結(jié),分別交付給國航、東航、南航三大航空公司。3 架飛機同時交付標(biāo)志著ARJ-21 飛機正式入編國際主流航空公司機隊。通常來講,飛機的研發(fā)從立項到交付運營一般包含設(shè)計、試驗、試飛、制造、保障等5 個方面。航空運輸?shù)陌l(fā)展,對民用航空業(yè)提出了巨大的需求,同樣,民機市場的競爭也從簡單的產(chǎn)品競爭上升到包括客戶服務(wù)在內(nèi),且以客戶服務(wù)為主的全方位競爭??蛻舴?wù)與支援中心是現(xiàn)代航空產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈建設(shè)的重要一環(huán)。中國商飛客戶支援與服務(wù)中心便屬于其中的保障環(huán)節(jié)。
客戶支援與服務(wù)中心的建設(shè)為國產(chǎn)支線客機ARJ-21 提供后勤支援和保障。其中航材庫、立體貨架庫對地坪承載要求極高,且必須滿足貨物進出的流程與程序,是典型的自動化倉庫建筑。飛行員模擬機訓(xùn)練大廳以及客艙訓(xùn)練大廳要滿足全動模擬器與客艙的工藝要求,并在高大空間內(nèi)提供高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)、可靠性高的供電系統(tǒng);模擬機大廳的空間設(shè)計是以保證模擬機正常運動需求為基本出發(fā)點,且模擬機運行時巨大的振動不能對建筑物產(chǎn)生任何影響,從性質(zhì)上屬于丁戊類廠房。此外,還設(shè)有飛行員在模擬機訓(xùn)練過程中的講評、操控等空間,主要是滿足人員的工作需求。其中,客艙訓(xùn)練(含游泳池)主要針對乘務(wù)人員的訓(xùn)練,目前新型的訓(xùn)練倉同樣是動態(tài)的,屬于丁戊類廠房。
功能上,ARJ-21 客戶支援與服務(wù)中心既要作為工業(yè)建筑服務(wù)于工藝設(shè)備,又有別于傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)建筑,有著民用建筑特有的對人的關(guān)懷。從形式上,它也與傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)建筑按照建筑的使用功能及類型分為多幢單體的設(shè)計不同。其飛行員訓(xùn)練、乘務(wù)訓(xùn)練、機務(wù)訓(xùn)練及航材庫、配套辦公等整合為一體,提高各部門之間相互交叉的工作效率,形成自成體系、實用經(jīng)濟且彼此關(guān)聯(lián)的綜合體。同時滿足設(shè)備、人流、物流在同一空間中并行不悖,是這個項目有別于一般的民用建筑和傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)建筑最為突出的技術(shù)特點,是典型的工業(yè)建筑綜合體案例。

COMAC Shanghai Aircraft ARJ-21 Customer Support and Service Centre is located in Zizhu Science Park, Minxing District, Shanghai, with a total area of 12.6 hm2. It is composed of the customer centres of ARJ-21 and C919, aviation materials centre, rapid response, technical publications and exchange centre,and the administration and scientific research office,among which the ARJ-21 customer centre is equipped with 5 flight training simulators whilst the C919 customer centre is equipped with 6 flight training simulators. The project will be completed in three phases, with a total architectural area of 122,000 m2.The first phase includes the customer service centre and aviation material support centre for ARJ-21,which is the base to provide all-round services and training for ARJ pilots, flight attendants and air crew.
ARJ-21 aircraft is China's the first turbofan aircraft developed and produced in accordance with international airworthiness standards, owning independent intellectual property rights.
On June 28th, 2020, three newly painted domestic produced ARJ-21 aircrafts were assembled at the general assembly base of Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd. in Pudong, Shanghai,and delivered to Air China, China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines respectively. The simultaneous delivery of three aircrafts marks the ARJ-21's entry into the fleet of major international airlines. Generally speaking, the research and development of aircraft from project approval to delivery and operation includes design, test, flight test, manufacture and guarantee these five aspects.The development of air transport has put forward to a huge demand for civil aviation industry. Similarly,the competition in the civil aviation market has also risen from simple product competition to allround competition with customer service as the main factor. Customer service and support centre are an important part in the construction of modern aviation industry chain. COMAC Customer Support and Service Centre is one of the guarantee links.
The construction of COMAC Customer Support and Service Centre is generally divided into three phases, one of which is the training service centre and aviation materials support centre for ARJ-21 which is the base to provide all-round services and training for ARJ pilots, flight attendants and flight crew. The construction of customer support and service centre provides logistics support and guarantees for the domestic regional jet ARJ-21.Among them, warehouses for aviation materials and three-dimensional shelfs have high requirements for floor bearing and must meet the flow and procedure of goods entering and leaving. They are typical automated warehouse buildings. The pilot simulator training hall and the cabin training hall should meet the technical requirements of the full-motion simulator and cabin, and provide high standard air conditioning system and high reliability power supply system in the large space. The design of simulator hall is based on ensuring the normal movement of the simulator, and the huge vibration during the operation cannot have any impact on the building,so it belongs to Class D&E workshop in nature. With the pilot in the simulator training in the process of evaluation, control and other spaces, mainly to meet the work needs of personnel. Cabin training(swimming pool included) among them is mainly aimed at the crew. At present, the new training cabin is dynamic and also belongs to Class D&E.
In terms of function, ARJ-21 customer support and service centre not only serves the equipment as an industrial building, but also differs from the traditional industrial architecture in that it has the unique concern of civil architecture for people. In terms of form, it is also different from traditional industrial buildings which are normally divided into several single buildings according to the functions and types. Its pilot training, crew training, aircraft training, aviation material warehouse, supporting office and others are integrated into a whole,improving the work efficiency of the interaction between different departments, and forming a systematic, practical, economic and interrelated complex. It is satisfying the parallel operation of equipment, people's flow, logistics in the same space that is the most prominent technical feature of this project, somewhat different from ordinary civil buildings and traditional industrial buildings.It is a typical case of industrial building complex.(Translated by PANG Lingbo)
