[摘要] 目的 探究急診科護理帶教中采用持續質量改進的應用效果。方法 選取102名在該院急診科實習的護士作為實驗研究對象,實驗區間為2018年5月—2019年5月,隨機分為研究組(n=51)、對照組(n=51),研究組采用急診科持續質量改進帶教方式,對照組采用急診科常規帶教方式,對比兩組的帶教效果。結果 研究組出科考核成績、知識理解能力、綜述能力、預檢分診能力、理論知識掌握能力、文獻評估能力、護理問題解決能力、護理思維能力、急診實踐操作能力等評分均高于對照組,兩組數據對比差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);研究組帶教教學總滿意度為96.08%,對照組帶教教學總滿意度為66.67%,兩組數據對比差異有統計學意義(χ2=10.053,P<0.05)。結論 采用持續質量改進帶教方式能持續優化教學方法,鞏固學生護理基礎知識,提高學生的實操能力,在臨床教學中有指導意義。

Analysis on the Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in Nursing Teaching in Emergency Department

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement in nursing teaching in emergency department. Methods A total of 102 nurses who were interned in the emergency department of the hospital were selected as experimental research subjects. The experimental interval was from May 2018 to May 2019. They were randomly divided into a study group (n=51) and a control group (n=51). The study group used the continuous quality improvement teaching method in the emergency department, and the control group used the conventional teaching method in the emergency department to compare the teaching effects of the two groups. Results The research group scored higher than those of the control group in the scores of scientific assessments, knowledge comprehension ability, review ability, pre-inspection and triage ability, theoretical knowledge mastery ability, literature assessment ability, nursing problem solving ability, nursing thinking ability, and emergency practice operation ability. The comparison between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05); the total satisfaction with teaching in the study group was 96.08%, and the total satisfaction with teaching in the control group was 66.67%. The comparison between the two groups was significantly different(χ2=10.053, P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous quality improvement teaching method can continuously optimize the teaching method, consolidate the basic knowledge of nursing and increase the practical ability of students, which has guiding significance in clinical teaching.

急診科是醫院的重要科室,主要為危重患者進行強化治療、重癥患者圍術期渡過、手術患者危險期渡過等。急診科收治的患者病情一般較重、較危急,所以對醫護人員的綜合素質要求非常高[1]。傳統急診科實習護士帶教方式多為常規帶教方式,即以基本理論知識講解為主,配合查房觀摩學習為輔,經探究發現這種帶教方式實習護士的學習積極性較低,出科后總體素質不高。該院選取2018年5月—2019年5月的102名實習的護士,對急診科帶教教學方法進行探討,發現持續質量改進是一種可行性非常好的教學方法,它通過采取各種有效措施,不斷強化教學過程和教學質量,最終達到新水平、新高度,這種教學方法適用于緊急情況較多、專業知識涵蓋范圍廣、對醫護人員要求高的急診科室,它能不斷發現問題,改進問題,使教學內容不斷更新和充實,使實習護理人員學到最專業、最前沿的護理知識。該文就持續質量改進在急診科護理帶教中的應用效果進行探究,現報道如下。
