兩江四岸未來重慶新景觀

嘉陵江邊、長江之岸，高樓鱗次櫛比，夜色流光溢彩，勾勒出重慶兩江四岸的絕美畫卷。山水江岸是重慶獨有的自然資源，近年來，圍繞“山水之城，美麗之地”建設，重慶已出臺了一系列關于治理提升措施，為兩江四岸鑄魂塑形。

隨著《兩江四岸核心區整體提升實施方案》（以下簡稱《實施方案》）的發布，一張兩江四岸核心區規劃藍圖清晰可見。5月13日，重慶市兩江四岸核心區整體提升現場動員會的召開，標志著整體提升工作全面啟動。

《實施方案》顯示，兩江四岸核心區由長江、嘉陵江交匯區域的朝天門—解放碑片區、江北嘴片區、彈子石—龍門浩片區圍合而成，將重點實施朝天門廣場改造、開埠文化遺址公園、江北嘴國際金融中心等代表性項目。核心區包攬了重慶最繁華的區域，是商業商務集聚地，擁有極美的城市景觀、深厚多姿的民俗風情、豐富多彩的旅游文化資源。

“一門、一石、一嘴”是兩江四岸核心區的點睛之筆。其中，朝天門將會被塑造為“山水之門、人文之門、開放之門”;江北將會被雕琢為“記憶之城、未來之城”，打造生態擔當、文明承載、城市彰顯的空間載體;南岸將是建設山水城市會客廳的重要支撐骨架。

據悉，在具體實施上，重慶將統籌山上、水上、陸上、樓上、橋上“五重視角”，重點突出朝天門、大劇院、南濱路等重要節點，提升打造22處山城陽臺和5處超高層建筑觀景平臺。游客擇任意一處，都能賞到絕佳美景。

《實施方案》指出，將統籌提升解放碑、江北嘴、彈子石產業能級，塑造新型商圈，豐富旅游產品，構建“吃住行游購娛”全產業鏈。按照國家5A級景區標準打造長嘉匯大景區。

如今的解放碑，它的蝶變正在發生。解放碑步行街改造提升試點取得了階段性成效，無論是環境改善，還是商業質量，亦或是文化氛圍，解放碑仍在不斷求變創新，煥發新生。這里有著豐富的歷史文化資源，在提升改造過程中，就通過“選點”“連線”“擴面”，活化文旅資源。

目前，已經完成韓國光復軍司令部舊址、中英聯絡處舊址等文物保護修繕，同時還植入了文化展示、休閑咖啡等體驗業態，激活了文化資源產業基因。同時，魯祖廟、戴家巷等一批重點風貌區、老街區建設，也取得階段性成效。

在盤活歷史文化資源方面，還有更多值得期待。朝天門—解放碑片區著力打造3條主干文商旅通廊，以12條支線文商旅通廊連通南宋衙署遺址、十八梯、山城巷、太平門、東水門、巴蔓子墓等。江北嘴片區重點保護與修繕明玉珍睿陵、測候亭、古城墻等歷史文化資源。彈子石—龍門浩片區依托立德樂洋行舊址，建設開埠文化遺址公園和開埠歷史博物館，修建故宮南遷博物館，修繕卜內門洋行，打造對外開放的文化旅游交流合作平臺。

俗話說“不覽夜景，未到重慶”，山城闌珊夜景已經成為城市名片。“兩江四岸”夜景照明成為提升重慶城市品質的重要舉措之一。重慶依托“山、水、橋、城”特色元素進行精心設計，策劃夜景“開燈儀式”。將對橋梁、躉船、樓宇（公園）、濱江路等載體進行燈飾新建、改造提升。通過設計創作，在山城夜景中融入文化元素，系統展現渝州夜景魅力。

如此大手筆、大寫意、大動作，一個極具震撼力的世界級立體山水都市景觀漸次呈現。晝賞獨具韻味的渝城風情，夜游江峽相擁的山水文化，盡在重慶的兩江四岸。

Along the riverbank of the Jialing River and the Yangtze River， rows of high-rise buildings against the splendid night scenery outline a magnificent picture of Two Rivers and Four Riversides in Chongqing. Chongqing is endowed with unique natural resources of mountains and rivers. In recent years， to build "A Land of Natural Beauty， a City with Cultural Appeal"， Chongqing has issued a series of measures for city rectification and improvement， shaping Two Rivers and Four Riversides.

With the release of the Implementation Plan for the Overall Improvement of Two Rivers and Four Riversides Core Area （hereinafter referred to as Implementation Plan in short）， a blueprint for Two Rivers and Four Riversides Core Area is clearly visible. On May 13th， the on-site mobilization meeting for the Overall Improvement of Two Rivers and Four Riversides Core Area of Chongqing was held， marking the full kick-off of overall improvement work.

According to the Implementation Plan， Two Rivers and Four Riversides Core Area is enclosed by Chaotianmen-Jiefangbei Area （the intersection area of Yangtze River and Jialing River included）， Jiangbeizui Area， and Danzishi-Longmenhao Area. Priority will be given to the following iconic projects， such as the reconstruction of Chaotianmen Square， Port-Opening Cultural Heritage Park and Jiangbeizui International Financial Center. The core area encompasses the most prosperous area in Chongqing， a commercial and business cluster with a majestic urban landscape， profound and colorful folk customs， and enriched tourist and cultural resources.

"Chaotianmen-Danzishi-Jiangbeizui" is the essence of Two Rivers and Four Riversides Core Area. Among them， Chaotianmen will be shaped as "the gate of mountains and rivers， culture and openness"; Jiangbei District will be sculpted as "a city of memory and future"， creating a space carrier of ecological responsibility， civilization bearing and city manifestation; Nanan District will be a key supporting framework for the construction of the reception hall of a city of mountains and rivers.

It is reported that in terms of specific implementation， Chongqing will coordinate the "five perspectives" of mountain， water， land， building and bridge， highlight Chaotianmen， Grand Theater， Nanbin Road and other important nodes， and upgrade 22 mountainous city balconies and 5 viewing platforms of super-high-rise buildings. Superb views can be enjoyed from any spot there.

According to the Implementation Plan， the industrial level of Jiefangbei， Jiangbeizui and Danzishi will be improved as a whole to form a new business district， enrich tourism products， and construct the all-industry-chain of "food， accommodation， traffic， touring， shopping and entertainment". The area will be built in line with the national 5A scenic attraction standard to push forward the high-quality development of Changjiahuis big scenic area.

At present， Jiefangbei is under great transformation. The pilot project of renovation and upgrading of Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street has achieved periodical achievement， no matter in environmental improvement， business quality or the cultural atmosphere. Jiefangbei is still seeking for changes and innovations， glowing with new vigor. Brimming with historical and cultural resources here， in the process of upgrading and reconstruction， the cultural and tourist resources are vitalized via "selection"， "linkage" and "expansion".

At present， conservation and repair of cultural relics， such as that of the Former Site of Headquarter for ?Recovery Korean Army and the Old Site of China-UK Liaison Office， has been completed. Meanwhile， cultural exhibition， leisure cafe and other experience types have been implanted to activate the gene of cultural resources industry. At the same time， the construction of some key historical areas and old blocks such as Luzu Temple and Daijia Lane has also achieved periodical achievement.

In terms of invigorating historical and cultural resources， it is also worth of expectation. Chaotianmen-Jiefangbei Area focuses on building three main cultural， business and tourism corridors with 12 branch cultural， commercial and tourism corridors， connecting the government office sites of the Southern Song Dynasty， Shibati， Mountain City Lane， Taiping Gate， East Water Gate， and Tomb of the General Bamanzi. Jiefangbei Area emphasizes on the protection and repair of historical and cultural resources， such as Tomb of Ming Yuzhen， Weather Measuring Pavilion and ancient city walls. Based on the former site of Little Foreign Firm， Danzishi-Longmenhao Area is building a cultural relics park， a historical museum of port opening， and a museum of the then southward relocation endeavor of Imperial Palace， repairing Brunner Mond &Co.，Ld and creating a platform for cultural and tourism communication and cooperation with the outside world.

As the saying goes， "You never come to Chongqing unless you see its night view"， the enchanting night view of the mountainous city becomes the icon of this city. The night-view lighting of "Two Rivers and Four Riversides" has also become one of the major measures to improve the quality of Chongqing city. With the delicate design of the unique elements of "mountains， rivers， bridges and cities"， Chongqing plans "lighting ceremony" of its night view. Carriers such as bridges， boats， buildings （parks） and Binjiang Road will be newly built， renovated and improved with lamp decorations. Charming night views of Chongqing is systematically displayed via design and creation with the cultural elements integrated into the night view of this mountainous city.

A powerful world-class three-dimensional urban landscape with mountains and rivers is unfolded with an overwhelming presence. In Two Rivers and Four Riversides of Chongqing， unique Chongqing style can be enjoyed in the daytime while mountain and water culture embraced by rivers and gorges can be taken in at night.
