乳腺癌術后化療患者的睡眠質量及影響因素

摘要?目的：臨床分析乳腺癌術后化療患者的睡眠質量及影響因素。方法：選取2016年4月至2019年4月福建省寧德市醫院急診外科收治的乳腺癌術后化療患者75例作為研究對象，調查分析乳腺癌術后化療患者的睡眠質量及影響因素。結果：年齡<40歲、自費、居住在中小城市、每周鍛煉次數均是影響睡眠質量的因素。結論：年齡<40歲、自費、居住在中小城市、每周鍛煉次數少均會影響患者睡眠質量，且乳腺癌術后化療患者普遍存在睡眠障礙。

Abstract?Objective：To?analyze?the?sleep?quality?and?influencing?factors?of?postoperative?chemotherapy?in?patients?with?breast?cancer.Methods：A?total?of?75?patients?with?postoperative?chemotherapy?of?breast?cancer?admitted?to?the?emergency?surgery?department?of?Ningde?hospital?in?Fujian?Province?from?April?2016?to?April?2019?were?selected?as?the?study?object?to?investigate?and?analyze?the?sleep?quality?and?influencing?factors?of?patients?with?postoperative?chemotherapy?of?breast?cancer.Results：Age?less?than?40?years?old，self-pay，living?in?small?and?medium-sized?cities，weekly?exercise?frequency?were?all?the?factors?affecting?sleep?quality.Conclusion：Patients?younger?than?40?years?old，at?their?own?expense，living?in?small?and?medium-sized?cities，and?less?weekly?exercise?all?affect?the?sleep?quality?of?patients，and?sleep?disorders?are?common?in?patients?with?postoperative?chemotherapy?for?breast?cancer.

近年來，隨著工作壓力的增大，乳腺癌發病率日益升高，不僅影響患者身體健康，而且還威脅患者生命安全。根據流行性病學分析，乳腺癌發病率約占所有惡性腫瘤的7%。臨床治療乳腺癌的手段包括化療、放療、手術及生物治療等，已由傳統的單一治療向個體化治療轉變。眾多學者通過研究發現[1]，外科手術配合化療可清除機體內殘余的腫瘤細胞，提高臨床治愈率，延長患者生存期。然而，隨著治療時間的延長，乳腺癌術后化療也帶來一些不良反應，如：睡眠障礙、惡心、嘔吐等。因此，研究乳腺癌術后化療患者的睡眠質量及影響因素具有重要意義。本文選取75例乳腺癌術后化療患者為研究對象，現將結果報道如下。
