項(xiàng)目位于青島古鎮(zhèn)口靈犀灣，距離黃海的海岸僅 120 米，遠(yuǎn)眺大珠山風(fēng)景區(qū)，得天獨(dú)厚的自然景觀資源乃該項(xiàng)目最大特色。樓高三層的展廳屬于整個(gè)項(xiàng)目東北端最顯眼的部分。為了提高土地的利用率，建筑底盤(pán)盡量占滿場(chǎng)地界線，然而隨著建筑往上發(fā)展，建筑體量?jī)?yōu)雅地做了 27度角的扭轉(zhuǎn)，讓第二、三層能夠享有怡人海景。設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)在古鎮(zhèn)口考察時(shí)，對(duì)場(chǎng)地上迎面的海風(fēng)和舒展的海平面印象尤深，便發(fā)展出橫線條主題以及相應(yīng)的幕墻肌理。建筑體量仿佛被細(xì)分成一堆疊起的 “片”，再加上海風(fēng)一吹，便散出微微傾斜的姿態(tài)來(lái)了。

Just 120 metres off the Yellow Sea coast, the three-storey pavilion is endowed with perks of nature at Guzhenkou’sLingxi Bay, enjoying distant views of the Dazhushan Scenic Area.To maximise the use of land, the base structure spreads over the whole site; as the building progresses upwards, it elegantly tilts by 27 degrees giving the second and third floors splendid sea views.During the fieldtrips, the design team was most impressed by the soothing sea breeze and beautiful offing near the site.This has provided inspiration for the resulting horizontal design theme and fa?ade fabric.The building form appears as layered ‘slices’ which‘flutter’ as the sea breeze comes, making it a highlight at the northeast of the master plan.
