摘 要:電網工程造價控制的不確定性因素較多,為了提高電網工程造價控制能力,提出基于層次分析法的電網工程造價控制關鍵因素識別方法。構建電網工程造價控制的多層次參數分布模型,采用大數據信息融合方法進行電網工程造價控制的特征信息融合處理,確定電網工程造價控制的相關性特征量,采用自相關特征分析方法構建電網工程造價的特征關聯模型,以資金鏈因素、材料設備因素、貨幣政策、自然環境以及金融融資等因素等為統計變量,采用模糊特征映射模型進行電網工程造價的量化特征分析,采用層次分析法實現對電網工程造價控制關鍵因素的定量遞歸分析,根據定量遞歸分析結果實現電網工程造價控制關鍵因素識別。仿真結果表明,采用該方法進行電網工程造價控制關鍵因素識別的準確性較高,工程造價的成本及質量控制效能較好。

Abstract:There are many uncertain factors in power grid engineering cost control. In order to improve the ability of power grid engineering cost control, a method of identifying the key factors of power grid engineering cost control based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed. The multi-level parameter distribution model of power grid engineering cost control is constructed, the characteristic information fusion processing of power grid engineering cost control is carried out by using big data information fusion method, the correlation characteristic quantity of power grid engineering cost control is determined, the characteristic correlation model of power grid engineering cost is constructed by using autocorrelation feature analysis method, and the capital chain factor, material equipment factor and monetary policy are used to construct the characteristic correlation model of power grid engineering cost. The natural environment, financial financing and other factors are statistical variables, and the model is then built. The paste feature mapping model is used to analyze the quantitative characteristics of power grid engineering cost, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to realize the quantitative recurrent analysis of the key factors of power grid engineering cost control, and the identification of the key factors of power grid engineering cost control is realized according to the results of quantitative recurrent analysis. The simulation results show that the accuracy of using this method is high to identify the key factors of power grid engineering cost control, and the cost and quality control efficiency of the project cost are better.
