文萊再次加緊疫情防控工作

11月30日，文萊首相府宣布，暫停對(duì)出現(xiàn)奧密克戎新冠病毒變種病例的8個(gè)非洲國(guó)家出入境許可，該規(guī)定也適用于此前已獲準(zhǔn)從上述國(guó)家入境文萊的外國(guó)人，同時(shí)晚上10點(diǎn)到凌晨4點(diǎn)的宵禁再延長(zhǎng)兩周。此前計(jì)劃于11月30日結(jié)束疫情過(guò)渡階段解除宵禁，但奧密克戎新冠病毒變種又打斷了文萊開(kāi)放的機(jī)會(huì)。這是今年文萊第4次宣布延長(zhǎng)宵禁政策。

菲律賓緊急暫停外國(guó)旅客入境

11月30日，菲律賓總統(tǒng)府宣布，由于奧密克戎變種毒株的傳播，菲律賓暫停允許享有免簽待遇且已完全接種新冠疫苗的外國(guó)人入境的決策。此前菲律賓發(fā)布的第150-A決議規(guī)定，來(lái)自綠色名單中享有免簽待遇國(guó)家、轄區(qū)及地區(qū)的已完全接種新冠疫苗旅客可以自當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間12月1日起入境菲律賓。菲律賓表示，暫停了這項(xiàng)決議是出于謹(jǐn)慎，將積極監(jiān)測(cè)奧密克戎變種毒株的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。

馬新旅游通道啟動(dòng)

11月29日，新加坡和馬來(lái)西亞“完成疫苗接種者旅游通道”啟動(dòng)，馬來(lái)西亞總理伊斯梅爾與新加坡總理李顯龍共同見(jiàn)證。伊斯梅爾透露，自己和李顯龍還討論雙方進(jìn)一步開(kāi)放新加坡到馬來(lái)西亞檳城、哥打基納巴盧等地的空中通道，并計(jì)劃恢復(fù)雙方因新冠疫情中斷的雙邊交流機(jī)制。除陸上通道，兩國(guó)“完成疫苗接種者空中通道”也于當(dāng)日開(kāi)通。

中國(guó)（武漢）文化旅游博覽會(huì)開(kāi)幕

11月26日，由中宣部、中國(guó)文化和旅游部、湖北省人民政府共同主辦的首屆中國(guó)（武漢）文化旅游博覽會(huì)在武漢市開(kāi)幕。本屆博覽會(huì)以“美麗中國(guó)美好生活”為主題，集中展示新時(shí)代中國(guó)文化和旅游融合發(fā)展的新成就、新業(yè)態(tài)、新活力。共1000多家國(guó)內(nèi)外文旅企業(yè)，英國(guó)、法國(guó)、葡萄牙、韓國(guó)、瑞士、泰國(guó)等15個(gè)國(guó)家旅游主管部門(mén)及國(guó)際旅游機(jī)構(gòu)參展。

中老鐵路工作制服亮相

11月26日，“中老昆萬(wàn)鐵路國(guó)內(nèi)段試乘體驗(yàn)采訪活動(dòng)”啟動(dòng)，昆明鐵路局展示了動(dòng)車(chē)組工作人員的特色制服“絲路花語(yǔ)”。據(jù)悉，該制服是根據(jù)“設(shè)計(jì)一套工裝”“扮靚一對(duì)文化列車(chē)”等要求，結(jié)合“絲路通途、美美與共”的線路文化理念，突出中老鐵路客運(yùn)工作特點(diǎn)，并嘗試將中國(guó)文化、鐵路元素、友誼標(biāo)志進(jìn)行融合，努力打造出中老鐵路線上的一道亮麗風(fēng)景線。

中方考慮恢復(fù)從柬埔寨回國(guó)航班

11月25日，中國(guó)駐柬埔寨大使館首席參贊常健在與柬埔寨移民局副局長(zhǎng)高萬(wàn)通會(huì)面時(shí)，贊賞柬埔寨與中方的合作，特別贊賞與柬埔寨移民總局的合作，并承諾中方將向移民局提供培訓(xùn)，以提高移民局警察更有效履行職責(zé)的能力。同時(shí)常建表示，考慮要求中國(guó)政府增加從柬埔寨到中國(guó)的航班運(yùn)營(yíng)，以方便中國(guó)人以及包括柬埔寨人在內(nèi)的其他外國(guó)人回國(guó)旅行。

洪森祝賀“面具舞”列入非遺3周年

11月28日，柬埔寨首相洪森通過(guò)臉書(shū)專(zhuān)頁(yè)發(fā)文祝賀柬埔寨“面具舞”（Lakhon Khol）列入聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄3周年。柬埔寨“面具舞”是柬埔寨傳統(tǒng)戲劇舞蹈，擁有悠久的歷史。2018年11月28日，聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織保護(hù)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)政府間委員會(huì)第13屆常會(huì)在毛里求斯首都路易港舉行時(shí)，正式批準(zhǔn)柬埔寨申請(qǐng)的“面具舞”列入非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄。

印尼調(diào)整入境政策

11月28日，印尼衛(wèi)生部長(zhǎng)布迪·古納迪宣布，為應(yīng)對(duì)的新冠變異病毒的傳播，印尼政府制定了新的國(guó)際旅行入境政策，將入境人員的隔離時(shí)間由3天延長(zhǎng)至7天。同時(shí)政府已收緊所有海陸空運(yùn)輸路線，以防止奧密克戎新冠變種進(jìn)入印尼。雖然印尼尚未進(jìn)入奧密克戎病例的地區(qū)名單，但暴露于新變種的可能性相當(dāng)大，布迪表示不想再次重演德?tīng)査腻e(cuò)誤。

New retreats in rural Xinjiang
