質(zhì)館的團隊用SCA(Specialty Coffee Association)的標準選豆、烘焙、沖煮。周周自烘,還原精品豆自帶的獨特風味。選用美國CQI打分80+的單一莊園精品咖啡豆,從甜、醇、苦、風味、櫻桃果酸5個維度描述味覺感知。品一杯拿鐵,一口醇香里沒有回味的苦澀。在安靜的角落里讀書、寫字,這樣一個片刻最合心意。
