實施工業強市發展戰略 為城市發展注入強勁動力

當下的濟南，正大張旗鼓地樹起工業強市的大旗，把加快建設工業強市作為當務之急，誓言重振工業雄風，再創制造業強市輝煌。

2020年7月9日，濟南加快建設工業強市動員大會召開，聚焦打造“智造濟南”，深入實施工業強市發展戰略，推動先進制造業和數字經濟高質量發展，制定出臺“工業強市19條”，吹響了加快“工業強市”建設的號角，為建設“大強美富通”現代化國際大都市提供強力支撐；11月19日，中國重汽智能網聯（新能源）重卡項目投產暨首臺車輛下線活動在山東重工（濟南萊蕪）綠色智造產業城舉行，新一代黃河重卡駛下總裝車間生產線。也是在這一天，濟南市再次就圍繞加快建設工業強市召開推進大會，總結工業強市建設階段性工作。一年之內兩次召開重要會議，傳遞出濟南加快推進工業強市戰略的堅定決心和充足信心，釋放出市委市政府讓工業“壓艙石”成為實體經濟“硬核”，創造濟南工業新輝煌的鮮明信號。

這一年，濟南聚焦重點產業推行“鏈長制”，持續提升產業鏈供應鏈現代化水平，“工業強市”之勢已起——全市獨角獸企業達到4家，規模以上工業增加值增長12.2%，高于全國9.4個百分點，高于全省7.2個百分點。行業生產總體向好，41個工業大類行業中，23個行業實現增長，增長面為56.1%，合計總量占全市71.1%，增長面與占比持續穩定擴張。重點支柱行業增勢良好，汽車制造業增長77.9%，醫藥制造業增長31.3%，計算機通信制造業增長20.3%，黑色金屬延壓加工業增長8%。工業用電量累計增長6.1%，居全省第1位。

濟南，正以嶄新的姿態，踏上崛起騰飛新征程。

On July 9， 2020， the “19 policies for making an industrially powerful city” was put forward at a mobilization meeting， marking the start of the campaign. On November 19， a promotion meeting was held to sum up the current construction. The two important meetings signaled strong determination and firm confidence of Jinan to boost the construction of an industrially powerful city and embark on a daring new journey of progress. With the modernization level of industrial chain and supply chain of key industries upgraded， an industrially powerful city is emerging.
