深圳大學校友廣場位于己拆除的翠柏齋和青松齋的地塊，總用地面積8445.63m2，總建筑面積為6849.92平方米，為一棟三層樓房,半地下一層，地上兩層。基地北側為元平體育館，南側為荔山和實驗兩個學生餐廳，西側為大片綠地，東側為藝術頓，周邊環境良好，校園內部道路交通便利。

設計要求：深圳大學校友廣場半地下一層為展覽；一層為多功能廳、咖啡廳和綠化架空休閑:二層則全為會議室部分。

設計理念：自由開放的交流平臺、簡潔明快的展示空間、優質舒適的會議環境、生態節能的現代建筑。

建筑設計：設計從項目基地的實際情況出發，充分滿足師生活動中心的使用要求，尊重已形成的校園空間環境，建筑以謙遜的體量與校園空間形成良好的對話關系;

功能上充分考慮到空間使用特點，注重不同空間尺度的把握。基于一層設置的大型展示空間和會議空間，建筑采用內庭院式布局，保證各功能區都具有良好的采光通風要求，并充分利用一層屋面平臺，增加公共活動空間，為提供師生更多的交流、活動的公共空間:

在建筑形體的處理上著力表現現代建筑的簡潔明快，注重保持整體校園界面的連續性，通過洗練的建筑體量和豐富的空間層次體現師生活動中心應有的氛圍。

Shenzhen University Alumni Plaza is located in the demolished plots of Cuibaizhai and Qingsongzhai,with a total area of 8445.63 square meters and a total construction area of 6849.92 square meters.It is a three-floor building with one floor semi-derground and two floors above ground.On the north side of the base is Yuanping Gymnasium,on the south side are the two student canteens of Lishan and experiment,on the west side is a large green space,and on the east side is Yishudun.The surrounding environment is good and the internal road traffic of the campus is convenient.

Design Requirements:the floor semi-underground of Shenzhen University Alumni Plaza is for exhibitions; the first floor is for multifunctional halls,cafes,and green & overhead leisure; the second floor is for meeting rooms.

Design Concept:free and open communication platform,concise and lively display space,high-quality and comfortable meeting environment,ecological and energy-saving modern architecture.

Architectural Design:The design is based on the actual situation of the project base,fully meets the requirements for the use of the teacher-student activity center,respects the formed campus space environment,and the building has a humble volume to form a good dialogue relationship with the campus space;

In terms of function,the characteristics of space use are fully considered,and the grasp of different spatial scales is emphasized.Based on the large-scale exhibition space and meeting space set up on the first floor,the building adopts an inner courtyard layout to ensure that all functional areas have good lighting and ventilation conditions,and make full use of the roof platform on the first floor to increase public activity space and provide more public space of communication and activities for teachers and students.

The treatment of the architectural form focuses on the conciseness of modern architecture,pays attention to maintaining the continuity of the overall campus interface,and reflects the atmosphere of the teacher-student activity center through the refined building volume and rich spatial hierarchy.
